ZERO PRESSURE TO SIGN A LEASE, I CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND DECIDED TO GO WITH GREEN.. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF COMING AFTER HOURS AND BETH STAYED WITH ME AND GOT MY LEASE SIGNED. SHES THE BEST, I LOOK FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH GREEN STORAGE!”

“This center is more of an office/storage area but very close to central escondido commercial district. Very low crime rate here and the property owner Mr. Blackwell is a very kind and accomodating gentleman. For a prime location and the price of rental, its hard to beat this one.”
“I've been with this storage since 2023. I moved out of San Diego but had to leave some things behind until I can go back for them but I love the people here with Valley Rose. They are so patient with me when it comes to my payments. I thought about rushing to get my things out so many times but I count my blessings having my things stored here. I appreciate them!”
