“This center is more of an office/storage area but very close to central escondido commercial district. Very low crime rate here and the property owner Mr. Blackwell is a very kind and accomodating gentleman. For a prime location and the price of rental, its hard to beat this one.”

“Julian and Inez were fantastic. Julian got me into two units easily and gave me a great introductory monthly fee for the first six months that I rented storage. Inez passed along a hauling company number as the person I was scheduled to meet canceled last minute.
Both of them went above normal business transactions to make me feel cared for.
