“SmartStop has a very easy and efficient renting process that’s done over the phone. Within minutes of arriving in person, you have keys to your unit. Very clean and secure facility as well! One thing I wish was different is the times for access. I believe the facility closes at 6pm which is a little early in my opinion. Would be much better if we had more time/availability options to access the facility!”

“I've been with this storage since 2023. I moved out of San Diego but had to leave some things behind until I can go back for them but I love the people here with Valley Rose. They are so patient with me when it comes to my payments. I thought about rushing to get my things out so many times but I count my blessings having my things stored here. I appreciate them!”
