Took my Tesla Model 3 there for rear bumper replacement. Due to Tesla part ordering delay and unexpected additional damage behind the original dent, the repair would have taken much longer than the original estimate. Luckily, they were able to expedite the repair to meet our traveling schedule. Highly appreciate the effort and excellent job!

I am more than satisfied with the job that A Superior Collision Shop has performed and they practically made it look newer than when I purchased, I want to thank the whole crew who made an effort to get my truck back on the road and especially thank Ismerai for making this whole process nice and easy with on time updates and great communication, All in all great experience and highly recommend anybody that goes through an unfortunate event these guys will make sure you’ll have your vehicle back in perfect shape !!!!

Terri, Donica, Kelly, and all the staff were helpful, supportive, patient, and knowledgeable in regard to an insurance claim to repair my vehicle. I had a smooth and trouble-free experience with A Superior and recommend them to any others who are new to insurance and vehicle repairs.

I had the car repair worked done on my car on last Monday. The overall experience was excellent that includes person who schedules your appointment, the repair contact person and billing person. They treat you with honesty and respect that is clear display of their culture withing the shop which is not common among the repair shops. Terri is Terrific person. She is a good communicator, timely and delivered as promised. I would recommend this shop to everyone who wants to get their car body repair done due to accidents. Thank you team!

I chose A Superior to fix a minor fender bender that happened on the rear tailgate hatch of my Tesla. They were great during the intake process and Donica at the front desk was very professional. My Project manager was Ismerai and he was solid as well. They did hit a 1-2 week delay due to Tesla being late on delivering the part, but I can’t hold that against them. The other constructive feedback I’d have is that while project management wasn’t bad, proactive communication could have been more regular. That said, when I did text them, I always got a timely response. Also worked with “T” who was also solid. Most importantly, the work was high quality and they guarantee it for the life of the car. Giving 5 stars despite the delays because these folks tried their best and exhibited professionalism every step of the way.

I had a great experience at A Superior Collision. Their very capable (and locally renowned) Project Manager, Tee, performed a deep analysis and research into the problem I was having trying to find the right parts for my Corvette. Several other shops had tried but failed to discover the whole chain of identification necessary to understand how extensive the modifications would be. As a result I was able to return the initial parts to the dealer and save thousands of dollars on a project that just wasn't feasible. In the future, I will turn to Tee and A Superior first, and save myself a lot of trouble when it comes to auto body repairs...

We came in to check on a rattle on my 2014 Nissa Altima S and Francesca & Donica at the front desk were both very pleasant to interact with. Tee did an assessment and promptly identified and fixed the problem. Everyone who I interacted with was very helpful and made sure we felt heard all while getting the problem fixed quickly. Highly recommend this!!!

The were very responsive with everything from the time I took my SUV in (processing it for repairs was quick and easy). The people are very knowledgeable. They kept me informed during the repair process. The repairs were very high quality and a great value. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs (they had all kinds of models) my car looks new!!

This shop called 4-5 times pushing us to get the car in for repairs, then took six weeks to finish. Why would they keep calling to get the car in if they were going to take 6 weeks? The work itself: the rear bumper cover does not appear to be solidly attached near the drivers side wheel. There is a large gap between the quarter panel and bumper cover and misalignment is highly visible. The only reason they get two instead of one star is they did manage to get me four new wheels. Communication was poor through out. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the work performed and customer experience.
