We met Jack Thanksgiving week to upgrade phones and he introduced us to the FirstNet plan. He took the time to explain the program and all the transfers of our devices. It took longer than expected but he was patient and most of all went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the plan. Honestly I had avoided AT&T stores for years and Jack made it a friendly experience. kudos!

This location scheduled me for more than a week for the internet service. Their tech never show up for installation. Called the store rep. about the situation said will give me a call back on the same day it supposed the internet to be install but never did. No reminder when their tech can come or reschedule. Really bad service. Guess have to go diff company. I guess my business wasn’t enough coz the guy wasn’t able to sell me bundle of service that I don’t need.

Came to the store to check out new iPhone 17 pro max. David was the representative that helped me out. He showed me the different models and explained the differences between the models in a way that I can understand. Overall amazing experience. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Terrible service and not interested in making any business. Would not make any effort to provide a phone to handle to decide between different sizes, and would not make any effort to show the actual color of phones. When spending $1,000+ on a phone, one would expect to be able to chose the size and color, and not randomly agree to get a device.

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T Campbell Pruneyard location. David was able to fix my phone. He was very patient and kind. The store was a bit busy but the wait was worth it.

Unbelievably slow pace of service. I was in store for 15 mins and all three representative were still serving the same set of customers with whom they were when I entered.
On the flip side I didn’t even have to deal with going out of my house for T-Mobile.

I had a great experience at this AT&T store. Thanks to Michelle M. She was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with my account password issue. Michelle took the time to carefully walk me through the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure my problem was fully resolved before I left.
