Eddie and his team took good care of my car. They are communicative every step of the way and I like that they send pictures of the issue and details of what they suggest should be done. I feel safer driving my car as it was in dire need of attention! As a plus, their customer service was good, he was very kind and pleasant to interact with. I definitely plan to be a repeat customer. I took my SUV in with mysterious electrical issues (that others could not fix) and flat tires. Eddie took fabulous care of the issues and scaled back recommended services when I let him know it was my intent to sell the car. I now have an accurate list of what the car needs for the next owner. Plus I know where I can go to get great honest service for my other vehicles!! What a find!!

Great Service… very easy communication. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. The bill was also much more reasonable than what I had expected. I have dealt with the dealer in the past and I am so happy I decided to change.

I was dealing with a very problematic interaction with Steven’s Creek Ram/Jeep dealership. After 2 weeks at the dealership with no help I brought my vehicle to Autotrend. I was able to bring my vehicle in straight away. I received updates at least once if not twice per day. Eddie went the extra mile to help me try to navigate my extended warranty coverage. In the end my coverage did not allow me to have the work done at Autotrend. That said if I have any additional needs for auto work Autotrend will be my first stop.
