Branch manager and staff are very kind and helpful. Even though I didn't book an appointment, they were able to fit me in their schedule.

I went there earlier today and the unmasked customer service rep is coughing in her hands and is clearly sick while she sits across the desk from you. Chase needs to tell sick employees to stay home.

This is the worst Office I have ever visited. You make appointment in advance and you come on time , no one there to help. You try to ask someone about appt they say" just a minute, we are busy", than after 40 min. waiting someone comes to tell you there is no Banker there to help , you should wait but there are not sure when will Banker arrive. Rude and Incompetent people working at Campbell's Bank of American branch. Not recommend at all.

Horrible customer service. Gave a company check to a customer and this Pruneyard branch refused to cash it for him. I got on the phone with the branch and spoke to a man who was rude and said his only job was to answer the phone but the manager would call me back. I explained the customer was still in the branch and they can do anything necessary to validate is an actual check authorized by us and I'd like to do it now so the customer doesn't have to drive back to us for another check and back to the bank. After repeatedly asking the "guy whos paid to just answer the phone" how long the manager would take the manager simply says "I'm not changing my mind." It's ironic that other reviews say similar things as if they are to lazy to help. My customer went to another branch, they called me, 5 mins later they authorized the check and paid my customer. Won't be doing anything with this branch ever again.

This branch in the past has been great with a great manager who has truly been a good "banker" . I am a Chase Private Client and was appalled that the new Branch Manager Paul "Rude" Johnson has been allowed to manage this or any branch for that matter. His demeanor towards women is appalling. He refused to call me by my name, acknowledge me as a customer and did not thank me for being a long time Chase Client which has always in the past been the standard for Chase bank. When he told me I could not sit down and get help until I changed my attitude (yes was not happy at the time) but left and went to another branch. They were amazing. Benjamin Raney helped me and as a result of his service I will stay with Chase Bank. Paul "Rude" Johnson could really take a few customer service lessons from this employee and Branch.

I have had 3 different mortgages with two other lenders in the past. The process is never fun. The process with Bank of America was slow and highly frustrating. It was never good news when my loan officer contacted me. I would go a week thinking we made progress only to be told the underwriter had more questions. Their online portal is pretty much useless unless answering endless, repetitive underwriting questions.

Waited in line for an hour only to be told we couldn’t be seen by a banker because it was 12:30, even though the bank closes at 1. Every time I come to this location the line is ridiculously long and poorly managed. It’s been a year of Covid, there’s no excise for such poor customer management

Read all the horrible reviews... they're absolutely correct. How can a branch be ran so horribly? Teller was nice and it was out of her hands. But as a manager... you need to be on top of your game and run the damn branch better and know what rules, regulations, and policies are out already. Especially when other branches are already doing it. Anyways, last time coming here. Horrible management.

They are lazy to help you they act like they can't help you with anything only answer questions What's the point of working at the bank if your not motivated to help people with there debit card problems Can't even use my card to make online payments been on hold for 30 mins

This has to be the worst company ever. I had always battled between Wells Fargo and BofA and which was worse and today....I now know. BofA takes the crown. You can't speak to a customer service rep on the phone without an account. You are directed to their Facebook page to chat (seriously?!? How less secure can we get??). I finally was able to speak with someone after texting with them that way. That person could not help me. Came into a branch. I needed an appointment. BUT, guess what?!?!...you can't schedule an appointment WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?! I told dude I am going nowhere. I just stood in line forever with my 9 year old I am NOT leaving. So dude said I may have to wait an hour or more. Fine. Still going nowhere. And no, I am not here to open an account. They would have to pay me for that to happen. This company is literally the worst and have zero sense.

It is reassuring to have contact with a financial institution for sensitive matters in a brick and mortar setting such as the Chase Bank at the Pruneyard shopping center. The way the team proactively handles contact with its clients is highly commendable. I intend to work with this specific branch moving forward.

What started as an exciting and great experience, turned to hell after spending an hour in my lunch break. Chan helped me and when I walked in I formed him I was looking to get approved and have card issued that day .. asked if that were possible he assured me it was. Went through the whole process only for him to tell me 1-2 business days. It was a family emergency that I was opening the card use. Left upset and livid.. on top of it, he informed me that he would printed out copies of documents and never did. Only realized when I had gotten back to work. Called: was transferred twice only to be disconnected/ hung up on. Went back later manager apologized. Took another 30 mins to just received the documents. STILL WAITING FOR MY CARD that was supposed to be delivered in "1-2 business day." It's been a week now.... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, what a hassle and stress it was, and frustrating to still be waiting; INCONVENIENT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
