Absolutely love Bens Barketplace! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly.
Angela, Jeff and Angel are always so helpful and because of them my puppy Lane and Kitty Sydney are thriving with a well balanced diet.
They are so friendly and make you feel like part of the family.
I would highly recommend checking them out and start your pets on a healthy journey.

Visited this store today. It’s completely overpriced, I am in shock. I bought one 2 oz bag of dog treats and it was 28.99 + tax, over $30 for ONE bag of 2oz dog treats! On chewy it’s $20, $15 if it’s on auto renew. Pet food express I think the same bag is about $22. I didn’t realize how expensive it was until I was checking out, there were no prices on display. I understand making a profit and prefer supporting small local businesses but this is a rip off. I will never come here again and would not recommend.

Just took my dog there for a bath and it was like a sauna in that dog bathing room. They need to get ventilation in there. Also the water temperature for the dog I feel was too hot.

Absolutely love this store! They offer a wide range of healthy options—raw food, raw treats—all free from preservatives and additives. My puppy has been happily occupied with a beef tendon strip for over an hour (might’ve saved some furniture!). I also found a really unique toy. The store is sparkling clean, well-organized, and the staff are incredibly polite and knowledgeable about healthy choices for dogs. I got some great advices. This will definitely be my go-to store for my pup!

I really do love this place—there are so many great options and the overall experience is fantastic. However, I do have one important piece of feedback: please make sure to always get a receipt and double-check it. The last three times I’ve visited, I’ve been overcharged. Each time, when I asked for a receipt, the staff suddenly realized the mistake and issued a refund. It’s happened too consistently to ignore. I’d recommend either additional training or closer oversight of how transactions are being handled, because three times is already too many—and I can’t help but wonder if it’s happening to others as well.
