Dr. Borodulin is an amazing doctor. She literally saved my life few years ago by catching a problem early.. She is really great diagnostician because of her amazing attention to detail. Not many doctors are able to pay attention to many small details as well to see the whole person, I think she is really smart and one time she caught a medication mistake that my cardiologist made. I feel that her recommendations are always right on target. I trust her. She has great communication skills, always patiently answering all my questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Borodulin for the past 20 years, and I always new that I've got a great doctor by my side for any health issue, big or small. I highly recommend Dr. Borodulina to anyone.

Dr. Ponedelnikov has been my PCP for several years.He is very knowledgeable, competent, caring, compassionate and detail oriented. He takes his time to know you as a patient. He really did improve my quality of life!He is surrounded by great staff, very helpful and caring!Star is really an outstanding STAR!Thank you so very much Dr. Ponedelnikov and Dr. Borodulin for establishing such a great office and providing an outstanding, world class care!!!

My whole family has been with Dr Borodulin ever since she and her team came to this clinic about a decade ago. She is a perfect combination of responsibility and care and always. I can give one example, out of many visits during the past decade: After careful review of my family medical history she suggested my wife to do colonoscopy and that discovered an early sign of cancer and removed the pulp. We forgot the due time to do colonoscopy without her remind. She has been always able to make sound medical judgement when seeing us. We have been with this Clinic for about 2 decades(Dr Edward Dewees retired about 10 years ago there) and the current staff team is very kind and professional in handling all queries/insurances/referrals. Stella is especially great and always promptly address our requests. This clinic is a safeguard for my family's health.

I will NEVER go back to Dr. T. Borodulin's office. My experience was terrible. It was my first-time visit so I came to Dr. T. Borodulin as a new patient for a medical examination, primarily to get blood work done which is 100 percent covered by my insurance as a preventive visit. Yet the doctor billed me as an office visit and charged me $181 despite that she's in the network or my insurance. In the office I waited for the doctor for 25 minutes in an empty room, then T. Borodulin came. Within a few minutes of the actual visit, she wrote me a referral for the annual blood work and asked a couple of questions regarding my health conditions. That's it, that was the end of my visit to the doctor, there were no consultations, treatment, or procedures carried out. This visit does not cost $181.I recommend finding a better doctor than T. Borodulin. Do not go there unless you have spare money to share with Dr. Borodulin. Seems like the office is more concerned about getting your money, and not treating patients. Stay away! I will never recommend this office.

Would choose 0 stars if possible. Strongly suggest avoiding this provider.A family member of mine recently had a new patient appointment with her as they had to find a new physician. After their visit, I spoke to them on the phone and they shared how hurtful and upsetting their visit was. Specifically, they shared that the way she communicated about their health not only felt unhelpful, but extremely hurtful. They felt judged and surprised when she suggested various recommendations for being overweight without asking any real questions about lifestyle, weight management throughout their life, successes, challenges, etc. She jumped to extreme solutions like a liquid diet and surgery, when overeating has never been something they have struggled with. They told me over the phone, pausing as they cried, "If I wasn't mentally stable, I would have left and killed myself." This was not something they had ever said before so wasn't them being dramatic - it was because their time with Dr. Borodulin was so painful.It was also shared that the Medical Assistant was extremely unprofessional, not saying anything when they came into the room to take BP and then yelling the numbers down the hall.I am a former Health Center manager, as well as a public health professional. I am also the wife of a physician. I understand patient care, the training physicians go through, and the responsibilities physicians have to their patients. Flippantly suggesting surgery without discussing previous challenges or success is absurd, as is suggesting a liquid diet for fast weight loss.I cannot stress enough what a terrible experience this provider created and would avoid seeing them at all costs.

Dr. Borodulina was my family doctor for almost 10 years until I noticed she doesn't care much for me as her patient. She basically does not treat me as patient. I like the doctor who thinks different from me and gives me suggestions. She is not this kind of doctor. She basically tells you what you want to hear.

I've been with Dr Borodulin when she started out in the office near the Pruneyard. From the beginning she provided me with the best care and professionalism . Her diagnoses have been always accurate and precise. Through her care I overcame life threatening conditions. She would go the extra mile to achieve certainty with the appropriate treatment. Stella, Karla, Star and Jessica have been, always kind, patient and gracious. They've worked there for many, many years, which tells me Dr Borodulin is a good employer and her staff has responded with loyalty and total cooperation.In closing, after trying many times to set up an appointment for the Covid-19 vaccine and only been able to get it for March, Jessica helped me and my husband to get the vaccine for the third and fourth February. I'm so grateful to each and all of them!!!Frances Montesanto
