I have been going here for years and years and cars and cars. The new owner took it over from the old owner and they absolutely provide dealer quality service.
All you need to do is walk into the shop and say hello to Bob and you're going to know.

My radiator hose blew out on my way to catch a flight to Asia at SFO. I had to have the car towed to Campbell Ford without being there and I left a message for them on the problem while I had to fly to Asia. Bob and his team diagnosed the problem, fixed all hoses, clamps, etc. for a very reasonable amount of money and allowed by son-in-law to pick up the in a day or two while I was away. I have been using Campbell for at least 10 years and have been very pleased with their Ford expertise.

Took my ford explore in for a water pump on 6-3 and couldn't be more pleased with the service there! Bob was very helpful and very honest with his explanation about my car. Price was very reasonable. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to finish, took 2 1/2 days. I will differently be going back for any other service on my car. The nice thing about this place is Fords is all they do, so they know what they are doing. Thank you for the great service!

I would not trust anyone to work on my Ford Ranger that I rebuilt. I only trust Bob and his team. When I was experiencing some lazy engine issues, Bob helped me get to the bottom of an issue, ultimately replacing an inexpensive sensor. He and his team are honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Bob and his team are wonderful. They quickly diagnosed the power steering issue with my 2013 Ford Explorer and had the parts ordered to get that resolved. In the meantime, I had ordered a catalytic converter for the car from Ford with the intention of doing the work myself. However, while waiting for the steering rack to arrive, Bob was happy to perform the cat installation for me at a reasonable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to this shop and would not hesitate taking my Explorer here for any future service needs.

Had them inspect and do repairs on my S197 Mustang. The only negative would be they're pretty busy and you might have a wait, but after even a basic experience with them you'll know why. Honest about what your car needs, not pushy about up selling, and it's obvious they're deeply knowledgeable about Fords, and you can't get a better price without doing it all yourself - and even then you won't get the impeccable quality of work.Another plus is the location - next to Winchester VTA station, so you can get on with your life while they have your car without too much trouble, or getting a ride from someone else.
