I would honestly give them a one star, but I did get my prescription, so I guess I'll do two stars not to be so mean. I know it was raining, and there were two cars in front of me, but I'm not too sure what happened with the pharmacy this particular day! It took me 45 minutes to get my prescription filled, which were measly pink eyedrops! Lol not only that but once I got to the front Check out window. That portion itself took me another 15 minutes and then the pharmacist spoke to me over the loudspeaker, granted, I lost my voice. She yelled at me a handful of times, and I had to motion to the gentleman at the register that I lost my voice in which he yelled to the other side of the pharmacy that I could hear her, but I couldn't speak. I'm sure they were busy, but I don't know why it would take me 45 minutes if I was the third person in line. Once I got to the front, I also noticed there were a number of people inside waiting for their prescriptions also and at least six people behind the counter! I don't know if I'll come back here again, but goodness! At least I got to read a bunch of emails And do some work from my car as I turned it off each time I moved up 10 feet!

Pick up order get delayed by a lot, had to come into the store because they didn't answer the phone to give any updates on the order The 30 min order took over 5 hrs. The store manager didn't want to help fulfill the orders. Do not recommend.

Walgreens twice canceled our kids' COVID vaccine appointments right before their appointment. They have promised to call back to reschedule, but never do. Apparently, they have taken so many walk-in's that they do not have an enough vaccine for those who made appointments. Once can be excused. Twice is a pattern.

This review is for the pharmacy. I made an appointment for vaccines. I arrived early so I had to wait, which is fine. Then when my time rolled along, they still didn't take the person ahead of me, continued to wait as did the other person. Still no one. I finally got up and left. This place has the worst customer service. To top it off, the person behind the glass said "well we do other things here too, we don't just give shots so you need to wait". Um,then why do we need to make appointments? Will never return

My daughter was prescribed a spray for her lungs and the pharmacy sold us a spacer / chamber (even though we didn't really need it because the doctor already gave us one). I only realized this when I got home. The next day I tried to get a refund (it costed $28), but they wouldn't take it. When I checked the prescription order from the doctor, I don't see any explicit order for the spacer/ chamber, other than in the usage instructions. My guess is the staff/pharmacist concluded we also needed to purchase one from such instruction. Suggestions for everyone: Please check what they're trying to sell you to avoid purchasing stuff you don't really need. It kinda sucks they won't even allow a refund.. The staff is friendly so that's a plus.

If I could go lower I would. This store has the worst customer service on the planet. ALL employees must hate their jobs and should just quit because it's so obvious they hate it. No one looks at you, no one wants to help, the store is dirty, when they do talk to you they treat you like an idiot, send you on wild goose chases or don't know what they are talking about. Why doesn't management do something or do they not even care? Totally giving walgreens a bad name, does anyone see your reviews? I originally went their out of necessity to pick up my daughter's prescription, waited in line and when I got to the front for them to help me, they took her name and info, looked in the computer then said they had to go to lunch so I would have to come back in 30 minutes. Really????? You've already waited on me and now you have to go to lunch? Wow. I am a business owner in Campbell myself and if I did that to my customers, I would NOT have any!! Finally received her prescription at 1 hour 10 minutes. I absolutely hate going in this store. San Tomas Aquino is better. Walgreens should just shut down this store, they are a disgrace to the Campbell Community!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacy staff and man at the front of the store who does the cashier are ALL very rude and should be fired in my opinion. What the hell is the manager doing in this store, just collecting a paycheck?????

I just picked up a photo order that I had submitted through their website today. John was incredibly helpful, very informative and did a wonderful job on my canvas prints. This was after a failed attempt to get the same thing done at the San Thomas Aquino Walgreens. I will definitely come back to the store for any photo needs that I have. Thank you, John.

If great customer service is what you're looking for you wont find it here! ATTENTION WINCHESTER WALGREENS MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE OFFICE. There is an older individual by the name of Jerry, who is a tall, Caucasian male with gray hair. Who was also wearing a blue flannel working in the front register of the Walgreens on Winchester Boulevard. When we first approached Jerry, He did not greet us with words, a smile or anything for that matter. As we were trying to complete our purchase by swiping our card, there was a screen that popped up, asking if we would like to donate, we were unaware that we had to answer the question before proceeding to the next screen, which is when Jerry proceeded to say " You have to answer the question or it's going to keep starting over and making the line longer and longer and longer" he was putting a great emphasis that we were the cause of the line, which was growing when in fact, there was only one register open at the time. That is when I replied. "well, everyone does not want to donate so, maybe you should let people know that you have to answer the question before the screen will move to the next" which is then when he replies to me saying "yes they do!" In a very Condescending and patronizing tone. To say the very least I had the worst experience with Jerry and I will not be returning because of the service that I received today. Jerry if you do not want to work at an establishment where you have to interact with people in a positive way, without having a rude and toxic attitude maybe you should find another job other than customer service. Walgreens, this is Unacceptable, please do better on training your employees on how to respect the customers that keep you in business. We have never felt so disrespected in an establishment like this! Unfortunately, yelp doesn't allow you to give zero or negative stars because if it was possible, I would most definitely give this experience a -100 stars not to put an emphasis on it, but to put an EMPHASIS on it!!! JERRY BE BETTER!

Very rude customer service or if you get any service at all! And very racists employees too! Especially in the pharmacy area, this young Indian girl totally ignored my client and I. We waited for 30 minutes just to be waited on!

Extremely poor time management. Even after booking appointment in advance and showing up on-time, I still had to wait 30mins. The staff wouldn't communicate expected wait time. When I asked how much more time, they just say wait.

Terribly understaffed, I highly do not recommend for pharmacy, very long wait times and while calling, I was told to wait (totally fine with me) but what wasn't fine was after waiting over an hour, they proceeded to hang up on me and I have to wait in queue again just to call someone. This has now happened 3 different times and I suggest finding a different pharmacy for your needs.

Would give NEGATIVE STARS. This Walgreens is MESSED UP. 1. Wouldn't accept a return even though I had my order number, my online receipt, and the item was barely used.They don't follow the official Walgreens return policy and stated they'd need to check my phone # for a return. Checking for phone is nowhere in the Walgreens return policy (see screenshots below).2. Super understaffed and checkout line moves super slow.3. Staff couldn't care less about helping customers

Cold season triggered a trip here after a stop in downtown Campbell. It was a quick in and out. Appreciate the cashier who had a cheerful demeanor and brought a smile to my face.
