I contacted 3 different companies to get estimates for new carpet. Of those 3, only Darrell Lewis at Carpeteria Campbell took the time to come out and do the estimate. He understood what I was looking for and the time-frame required. The installers came out the following week and completed the job efficiently and on-time. Excellent work! Thank you!

First off Darrell was kind , came out did the estimate , set the appointment, The install was a mess , we took everything out , took the day off , we were excited for our new floor , well at the end of day one , we had crooked cuts , pieces of floor not installed, the trim was not installed , ( was told after the fact that the trim was failed to be ordered , and how can you not have enough material to finish the actual flooring , Had to wait another week , take another day off work , ready to be done and excited for the end , well installer showed up set up , lasted 10 minutes as the whole box of material was damaged (?) . another wasted day , and another wait for the next Appointment Finally on the third try , the floor is complete, it looks good , No offer to be compensated for wasted time , No discount offered for the wait , and it's not even the money , it was the fact that nothing was offered other than an apology x3 , I will probably do more research wqhen we go to replace the bathroom floors in the coming months,

Darrell Lewis at Carpeteria Campbell was great to work with...very helpful and knew exactly what I needed for my rental. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. The installation crew are very hard working and did a fantastic job! Especially since it was more difficult than usual since my unit has a open staircase and they had to wrap each stair individually. Everything, from start to finish was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Carpeteria!

When looking to remodel my kitchen, I decided I would change out some carpets in the bedrooms. I visited the store in Campbell. The gentleman I interacted with (Darrell Lewis) was very friendly and very kind. He knew a lot about his products. I did go ahead and purchase the carpet for my house. I was very pleased with the quality and the way it looked. We did run into an issue with way the carpet was layed and the seams. Carpeteria came out to the house to evaluate the problem. After seeing what the problem was, they decided to just replace it. We were very pleased with the way they handled it. I went back a year later and purchased carpet for my parents house. Again they did a wonderful job.. They have a wide variety of carpets. I like that the carpet is pet friendly. If I ever need to purchase carpet again I would definitely go to Darrell Lewis at carpinteria in Campbell.

We had a GREAT experience at Carpeteria, Darrell was a huge help! I walked in with my wife and 2 rambunctious little kids and told Darrell we needed a big carpet and mat to lay in our garage to turn it into a play room for the kids. Darrell patiently walked me through the options and was very attentive to our price considerations. Within a week we had the carpet down in the garage and our whole family loves it!

It's been over a year since I had Carpeteria install my Gaia Bella Sala SPC herringbone flooring in my tiny kitchen and nook. and it still looks brand new and lovely. Darrell was super patient as I mulled over my choices. The installer worked extra hard and long as this is an old house with zero right angles and uneven floors and of course I needed it to be herringbone pattern. Super challenging; but he and his assistant installed it perfectly. Wears like iron, always looks clean, and super easy to maintain. Just love it.

First of all wonderful customer service Darrell Lewis was so helpful. Once we had the carpet selected and ordered. Our general contractor was running behind on our home remodel, Darrell and carpeteria was very accommodating to hold the carpet till we where ready to have it installed. This location has a large selection and a none pressure environment. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank again!!!

Like everyone I started at Home Depot thinking they're going to be the cheapest place but after shopping around I realized that's not true. HD's prices are fairly high and it takes up to a month to get an installation scheduled. So, after trying all the top listings on Yelp, I came to Carpeteria, talked to Darrell and was pleasantly surprised to find the carpet I wanted and installation in a way shorter time that Home Depot could offer. The guys who came to do the installation were professional, super fast and very pleasant to work with. Absolute delight! Bottom line, Carpeteria won the day!

Worked with Darrell Lewis on our bedroom carpet replacement. He was an incredible resource for information and was so patient through our color and style indecision. He set great expectations and made sure they were deliver upon exactly as promised. We will use him and Carpeteria for every job we have going forward and in fact have used them for years. Our family had an outstanding experience buying carpet from Carpeteria in Campbell. The salesperson, Darrell Lewis, listened to what we wanted, and then advised us on the best product to fit our needs and budget. My Mom was moving home from an elder care facility, and we had a very short timeline. Darrell came out to the house the next morning before work to measure the room. He had an expert eye for matching colors and knew exactly where the carpet samples that best matched the original carpet were located. The carpet we chose was in stock back East, and the installation crew was there the day after it arrived in the California warehouse. The two installers were courteous, careful when moving furniture, and efficient in their installation work. Darrell promptly circled back with me on the installation timeline, and to ensure we were completely satisfied after installation. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We had to quickly get a carpet in our house recently. We got introduced to Darrell at Carpeteria on Hamilton Ave., in Campbell. Right from the outset, Darrell was extremely professional, helpful and wanted to do what was right for us as a customer. He suggested the right carpet for our home along with providing options on install, timing, demo of the previous carpet. We were swapping out carpet for LVP, and Darrell was very helpful and patient as we went about choosing our flooring. We took such a long time and made many trips back for samples. It was great being able to communicate with him over text messages. The flooring was great, and the transitions were done very nicely too. The installers also took time to take out the toe kick of the cabinets and installed the planks under it before replacing it. So there was no need for ugly quarter rounds! I believe other floorers will just use quarter rounds for a faster job.

My wife and I reached out to Carpeteria to replace the carpeting in one of the bedrooms and replace the flooring in our kitchen and family room. Darrel quickly responded to our inquiry and, before long, was able to schedule an appointment to evaluate our home and provide some great recommendations related to transitions from recently renovated. We visited the Carpeteria store in Campbell and were able to find the right flooring that fit our particular needs. No pressure was given to purchase one brand over the other. We quickly scheduled installation, and within a few weeks, we were enjoying our new flooring. Through the process, Darrel has been available to answer questions, and once the work was complete, he stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with the result. I'd never used Carpeteria before and I wish I'd found them long ago. I'm delighted with the new kitchen floor they installed! - Darrell left his mask on when he came to do the estimate - He gave great advice that saved me $2,000+ (recommended deep cleaning entry tile instead of replacing it) - Communications with the store staff was frequent and accurate - Installers came when expected; on time, worked fast (install took 1/2 the time I expected), cleaned up well - Everyone I talked with was cheerful and pleasant to deal with. This store, and especially Darrell, absolutely deserve 5 stars! They're wonderful!
