What a dump. Most expensive gas in the area, and half the pumps are broken. Chevron: get up to speed, or give up this location.

Broken pump, rude customer service, and higher than avg gas prices.....that sums up my visit to the Chevron station on the corner of Hamilton & Bascom in SJ. It's 11pm, it's pouring rain, and I wanted to topoff my tank before the 45+ mile drive home on the great I-880-Northbound. I pull up to a pump and discover the screen is blank after I swipe my card. But before I can move to another pump, more cars show up and occupy pumps. This always happens to me. I pull into an empty station, wait a few minutes, and then a bunch of other drivers show up. This Chevron has an awkward design where the islands are at an angle. Makes it hard to maneuver around. I go inside to pre-pay the pump. The cashier says something about I don't know how to use the pump outside. I told her the pump's screen is blank. I pay $40 and get half a tank. Otherwise, Chevron is good Top Tier gas. It's worth the price if your engine runs smooth.

It's clean and it's huge Amd the pimps work faster than most places! And the tetraline adds mileage by cleaning out your fuel injection which makes up for the extra price per gallon! Go here , use Chevron. Buy their stock

Got into the car and on the freeway only to notice my bag of chips was taped in order to be put back on the shelf only to notice its open. then I noticed my water I had bought was open as well So idk if your employees are doing this or employees, someone needs to watch the cameras to see.

I went in at 6:13 to put in some gas but my card wasn't working so I was hoping to go in to do Apple Pay and this dude yells at me and tells me they close at 6:30. First of all what kind of gas station closes at 6:30 and two it was 613? Fine I'll just go to another gas station lol

Very disappointed of this Gas station Every time I came they said the Lotto is closed Last time it was after 10pm and they told me they close it at 10pm This time is 9:40 and they told me it is closed already I work all day and I can not came in before It is a rule? Of they just are lazy?

Really great experience actually. I stopped by because I needed to air up my tires and get some gas. Alondra was working solo and even though there was someone before taking FOREVER trying to figure out their lottery winnings, I didn’t mind waiting. Alondra was very friendly and professional, greeted me when I came into the store and was very patient with the glacial paced lotto winner (congratulations on your win and good luck on the new ones whoever you were, God bless you and provide all you needs and then some)Thanks for the refreshing patience and professionalism Alondra.

I’m only 95% sure this is the same gas station... but I have to compliment the gas station in Campbell on Campbell for their IMMACULATE bathrooms and extremely kind employees.

We love this Chevron gas station. The gas station is meticulously kept clean. The air and water station is always open without being asked like the other gas stations.
