This biz has gone downhill ever since it moved. Unreliable hours, don't answer the phone, rude ppl. I go to them bc they are supposed to be the experts but the woman at the counter couldn't take my order and treated me like I'm supposed to know how to do her job. The old location was so much better. Seems like they sold the business to an amateur, took the money and ran. At least there are plenty of other copy services close by.

I have been to this place at least 3 times since they moved to Winchester. All 3 times I went in during business hours and every time there was nobody at all in sight. Every time, Including today, I went inside, rang the bell several times, yelled "hello!" Many, many times. But I never saw or heard one person in there. So if you want to use their services, you may have to do a stakeout.

I went in late Friday and placed an order. The order was able to be picked up today (Monday). It was 75 double sided pages of pictures and 85 double sided printed letters. Yes, our Christmas letter with pictures grew quite a bit this year. And it'll be sent out a week later that usual, but that is a first world problem... Great service, great quality, and ready when promised. Winter, thank you.

you COULD make the decision to go to one of those "big box" copy/print places, but then you'd miss out on some of the best small business customer service that's out there.

I had a deadline to meet and Laura helped me out tremendously. What I got from other big name stores was not service or price AND quality. I will be going to this location for my printing/mounting/posters needs FOREVER!

Go see Frances now! I had a big copy job (bigger than I realized). I chose CopyCo because their prices were the best of the four stores I called. Given the prices, I didn't expect excellent service... I was so wrong. Frances was not only patient with me, helpful about how to save money and organize all my papers, and super professional -- quick, organized -- she also worked past closing to finish my job, offered to come find me at the nearby Starbucks, and didn't charge extra for the copies she accidentally made in color. Although this small copy shop is practically a one-woman show, I would go back to it again and again for the prices, the professionalism, and Frances' calming approach.

My first copy project with this company and it was awesome. Laura helped me from the moment I walked in and helped me get my project copied quickly as I had my kids with me. I highly recommend this store for any copying needs that you have, they have great tips on how to maximize your project.
