Their service is really bad. I've tried ordering items multiple times but the employees never complete it. The employees clearly discriminate at times. When I ask for recommendations, no one knows anything. People say their products are good but most of them are mediocre in addition to being expensive. Returns and purchases are a pain, even if you have a membership card or if the item is completely unused/new.

Never will I come back to this cosmo prof, I happen to be in the area because I have an appointment in Los Gatos, I just drove 45 min and I had to use the restroom and she said customers aren't allowed to use the restroom, I totally get policies of companies but really?? They should re consider their restroom policy. I would have shopped and spent a lot More money if she simply let me use the restroom. Also I bought a bleach that was suppose to come with a deep conditioner but they were out and she didn't anything to make that right.

Everyone here is always so helpful! I often have to bring my daughter in w/me and they never look at me annoyed even when she's crying. I never have problems w returns or asking questions about products. I wish the store was bigger, that's my only complaint. Oh and the brush section kinda sucks here :(
