No idea how this pharmacy functions. Constantly waiting in line to pick up for at least 20-30 minutes. It is insane. There are elderly people waiting very long times. People with mobile orders will cut in line and that is acceptable. This place is terrible and I thought our previous CVS was the worst, but this might top that.

I have been to CVS multiple times where there are 6+ people in line, at least 5 staff members behind the counter actively ignoring the line, and one poor soul at the cash register Come on! A little customer service/3's a crowd would go a long way

Was told to Wait 20 minutes for meds that were sent to this location over 24+ hours ago. Waited 30 and was told to wait another 15. Dont waste your time at this location

This was not with the pharmacy, but the cashiers did an excellent job of helping some non speaking English customers. I was able to help them out to get them a discount using my phone number, a small way to help someone. The cashier helped me out for this small good deed with a small discount on a toy for my son which he didn't have to do at all. Everyone was so kind and good spirits even though it was crazy busy! Great work !

After waiting in the drive through line at "Walgreens" for 1/2 hour for a prescription I refilled 24 hours earlier I was told my eye drops were not read, Whaaat? So I left and went to CVS. I spoke with the pharmacist at CVS Who informed me she would have to call Walgreens and it may take 24 hours to get the prescription filled. I'd be like no problem. 15 minutes later my prescription was filled!!! WHAAAAT!!! Yes folks Walgreens can't seem to fill a prescription in 24 hours!!! WhereCVS can make a phone call and get your prescription filled in 15 minutes. CVS you get 10 stars for this.

If we weren't so dependent on pharmacies, I would never recommend this pharmacy. They font care about bad reviews. This pharmacy gets worse and worse! Stood in line for 45 on a Friday night waiting for meds that my doctor prescribed in the morning. Not ready- "it'll be ready first thing tomorrow morning." Didn't gi on Saturday but went Sunday morning. Still NOT ready! "15 min.." this pharmacy sucks! They always have and they have no incentive to get better. Maybe they'll close behind Rite Aid and Walgreens!

I was visiting family in Campbell - I live in North Carolina. The medications I take are critical and I left them behind in a hotel and didn't realize it until I was on the plane to California. A young lady named Sandy helped me get the Rx from my home pharmacy but there were some issues that came up (none of which were her responsibility or fault). She spend a lot of time, going above and beyond her normal duties to help get my prescriptions for me. She was kind, empathetic and caring about my situation. I am grateful for all she did for me. Thank you Sandy!

This location is so slow and always has long lines. Their pharmacists are not on the same page either. I have one telling me something and another tells me something else regarding a prescription. Don't recommend this location

If I could give 0 stars I would for this CVS pharmacy. Rude and unprofessional! Do not go here! They will lie that they barely got your order and that they don't have something because they are about to close and then are rude about it! Worst ever!

Terrible customer service!! The listed hours are (see pic) below but don't mean anything. I knew it was late and I called to see if they were open and got a recording listing the same hours as in the pic and on the website. I went and found the doors locked at 10:10pm, 50 minutes before the stated hours. I saw a worker and she gave the closed sign. WTH?? Will never come here again

I would give this place no stars if Yelp allowed me. Crappy CVS pharmacy! Don't even bother coming here wasting your time getting a COVID vaccine. I made an appointment and took time off work to find out that they don't accept my insurance. They accept it if it was a RX. If you want cheap medication, go to Costco! A generic medication that cost $150 at CVS is $15 at Costco with insurance. Save your $ and time and avoid all CVS pharmacies. RIP OFF!!

Not a 24 hour pharmacy! Got prescription sent there at 9pm. Expected to pick it up quickly but needed to wait until 11 the next day.

We all know that customer service is a dying quality in businesses these days. However I found an exception to that rule this morning. Kim at CVS was very helpful and patient with my numerous questions this morning. Thank you, Kim for not making me feel like a bother

This place is NOT AT ALL HANDICAPPED / DISABLED FRIENDLY .....I'm temporarily on crutches They don't have ANY ride on carts like at all ,the store doesn't provide them . So I'm carrying a hand basket sideways and partially angled to grab my hair stuff ...4 staff members walk right past me ,don't even acknowledge my existence and are heavily engaged In a conversation with each other . I go to grab my stuff which is on bottom shelf ( I'm on crutches I can't bend my knee to get down and grab it ....) Eventually after doing partial splits and using 1 crutch I was able to grab my stuff . I proceed to go to the register line . 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ( it seemed as though a shift change was going on ) LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND MADE A SHARP TURN DOWN A DIFFERENT AISLE ..DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP ME DIDNT EVEN SAY HI ,the stuff fell out of the hand basket ...NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME PICK IT UP ,BUT INSTEAD WATCHED ME STRUGGLE TO PICK IT UP .( I'M IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE AT THIS POINT ) . I hobble my way to line The guy in front of me offers to hold the basket for me ,carry it to the counter and let me go infront of him ...thx dude ...good lookin out ...I get to the counter ,I'm setting my crutches down to grab my back pack to get my cvs card the cashier (WHO HAS YET TO MAKE EYE CONTACT OR EVEN GLANCE MY DIRECTION) ( she's too busy having a conversation with another Co worker) asks me twice for my cvs card. Yeah hang on ,I'm getting it ,oh sorry Scans my stuff ( I have 4 hair products and a couple bags of candy ) asks me if I want a bag ...WTH DO YOU THINK IM ON CRUTCHES ,OF COURSE I WANT A BAG ,I CANT CARRY IT WITH OUT A BAG ... Then I ask her to charge me for another bag of candy as they are buy 1 get 1 free and I had a coupon....She says I need to know which ones you want .. .one more of those.... I'll get it when I leave I'm on crutches and can't grab it rn ... I need it to scan it .. ..It's over there and you have it on the counter right there .... Scans it ..... After all was said and done another employee finally grabbed the other 2 bags of candy for me ( ty ) I bag them myself and the cashier is standing there looking at me like can you hurry up we have a line ... I have to put away my wallet in my back pack ,put on my back pack ,put my stuff in the bag ,grab my crutches and grab the bag ....she said nothing...not bye ,have a good night ,get out of this store ...not cam I help you outside nothing ....y'all need to RETRAIN your employees to help people who CLEARLY need it ......This store is a joke ...these employees clearly don't care about customers and just trying to get a paycheck ...SHAME ON YOU CVS YOU SHOULD BE HOLDING A HIGHER STANDARD THEN THAT .....
