I recently took my 2-year-old golden retriever to the groomers for the first time and was a bit nervous since he can be a bit angsty and anxious, but Sam did an amazing job putting me at ease. She assured me that my pup was in great hands and communicated throughout the entire process, even sending me pictures and updates. When he was done, he looked so handsome! The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. I highly recommend this place, especially Sam. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m Furious About Grooming Experience! Took my long-haired Samoyed recently and left incredibly frustrated. My dog's fur was horribly matted when I picked her up, and they shaved her back without letting me know! This left her with bald spots at her back. Not only that, but they never communicated these problems throughout the grooming. For the hefty price of $145, this service was unacceptable. Absolutely would not recommend this groomer, especially for long-haired breeds. Find a groomer who knows how to groom, communicates openly, and own to their mistakes.
