It is hard to make an appointment over the phone. I had to call several times and nobody picked up the phone. So I waited for about an hour and called again, this time my call was picked up. Also when the work is completed it would be nice if they sent me an email or text message stating my vehicle is ready for pick up. Again I had to call and they told me my vehicle is ready.

I don’t usually write reviews but here I am. I made an appointment for a OIL CHANGE for 1pm. I asked her how long it would take because I didn’t want to wait and I stay close. She told me a hour to a hour and a half. I called 3 times at 3:20 because no one reached out and I had an appointment. I walked back down there at 3:30 and my car was just sitting in there. Moral of the story I didn’t end up getting my car until 4:30pm for a OIL CHANGE. I don’t I don’t understand making an appointment for a certain time when u can’t keep that appointments.

My tire pressure light came on during a long trip and so I came to FCAC for a pressure check. One of my tires was leaking and I was able to immediately schedule an appointment for inspection. Turned out only a patch was needed on the tire and I was sent on my way. Received professional and friendly service. Thank you Firestone in Campbell!

Open at 7 as posted on the door actually means 8am ??? And then to have a slow leak checked even with their road side insurance they sell when you buy tires means, maybe tomorrow you can get it back? Stick with Americas Tire these people are flakes and really don’t care, just ask them!

My mom came in just for an alignment, and they scammed her into paying for break fluid flush, engine coolant flush, and changing a bunch of filters she didn't need to do, costing hundreds of dollars more than needed.
They said she "approved" it, yes, a person who knows nothing about cars and doesn't know what hey car needs or doesn't will listen to a liying mechanic.
I brought all my cars here for years, never coming back!

Today May 24,2024 I walked directly past the mechanics to enter inside to speak to someone in customer service.
No one was attending the desk, there was one customer waiting in the lobby who told me she had been helped.
So I waiting approx 10 to 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was waiting. No one noticed, so I looked through the window/door where the male mechanics and the 2 ladie reps were. Only to watch the big girl rep, dancing and still no one noticed I was there. So I go back and have a seat and a new customer walks in and by this time the two lady reps walk back into the lobby area where one picked up line 2 and the other lady rep asked the new customer if she can help him. While I'm still there waiting to be helped. So after approx 45 minutes of waiting with no help. I decided to leave because this place was unprofessional and not the type of service I wanted. ?

Technicians very professional here at this location, with parking in the rear. Came in for alignment and asked the tech to perform a slight modification to reference my lifted truck. These guys know what they're doing. Very satisfied of the outcome, and how my truck handles now. Spot on perfect alignment numbers. Definitely recommend anyone to this location for good results.

The employees are very personable, friendly and ready to answer any question the customer may have. Another plus that I noticed is that they treat each other like family, and it spills over their customers.
