I am so glad I took my car here for body repairs. I was hesitant to use a recommended shop through GEICO insurance because in the past I’ve had poor experiences but Fix Auto was fantastic. The drop off and pick up process was really easy and I received text message updates for the work status throughout the entire time. Front desk people were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fix in Campbell was recommended by my insurance agent. I’ve had work done by other body shops and have not been happy. My entire experience w/Fix couldn’t have been better. Their entire front office were extremely helpful and very responsive. The repair work done was rather significant and when they were done it looked like a new car. Sooo pleased w/both their service and their work. Next time I need bodywork done on any of my cars I won’t hesitate to call Fix auto body in Campbell.

After one status update, I had to call to follow up, only to hear the same excuse: ‘We’re waiting on a part.’ When I finally got my car back, it was dusty on the driver’s side, with dust on the hood and other areas. The paint job even had lint stuck in it, and there were noticeable gaps between the panels. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work.

My car was damaged in a collision. This shop was approved by my insurance. The staff and mechanics were helpful and professional. The repairs were completed within the promised time frame. When I called with questions or for the status of repairs, they were always courteous and well-informed. The repairs were well done with no issues. I would recommend Fix Auto Campbell.
