Great service every time! I made a same day appointment for an overdue oil change and check up. I trust Garage One with my car.

Could have paid a bit more attention to detail when they put the trunk liner covers back in place after checking my rear brake lights. Other than that I am pretty much satisfied with the overall work that was performed on my STI. I will continue to receive from their shop.

Good service; hassle free; they didn’t try to sell me stuff that I don’t need.

Highly recommend going to garage one. My clutch went out in my WRX and I was unable to drive at all. I had my car towed there and dropped off. Within a day, I got a call with an update regarding everything that was found, as well as additional work. I was really surprised with how fast the communication was and all the information provided. After confirming the work I wanted to do, they had the car ready the next day. I'm very satisfied with the speed of the service, communication from the staff, and quality of service. Will be coming back for future inquiries.

Let's see, where to start. First I never had my car serviced there so as to the quality of work? I can't say anything, however the issue is that I have tried to reach these people on 5 different occasions to which I was only successful once. I asked for a simple quote on the replacing the heater core on my Imprezza. First NO one ever answers the phone (very disappointing) they never responded to my email (also disappointing) the 1 time they did answer the phone the guy asked for all my info as it was the only way their system could generate a quote was for them to enter my info (now they'll probably sell it off to some Chinese commies) The level of customer service should be rated at a negative number, you don't have a VM that says to leave your info and someone will call you back and no EVER calls you back, and if you actually do talk with someone and they tell you they will send you a quote but they NEVER send the quote and then you try to call/email them and NO ONE responds, it's likely your business won't survive long or maybe there's a group of people that provide 90% of their biz. Either way They def will not earn any points from me nor would I take my car there based on what I've experienced. I wish I could give a lower score but its not possible so here ya go Garage one. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!

I’ve been going to garage one for several years for my Outback and the thing I like is the amount of information I get so I can make informed decisions. I also feel like they are incredibly thorough and perform more checks than you would get from the dealer. Highly recommend.

Serviced cost was quickly supplemented by 4000 of additional repairs, I am planning to get the car inspected at another place and cross check. Initial feedback is expensive for the work doneService: General repairs & maintenance

I would not recommend this place. I had my 2011 Suburu Outback serviced, and a couple hours into the process I get a request for $4000 of various repairs including rear arm control brushings, sway bar brushing, valve cover leaking etc. I then went immediately to another repair shop and had them do an inspection. They did not find any problems. They also mentioned that the previous service vendor did not tighten the oil gasket (or replace with filter) which could facilitate leakage. I wanted to share my experience so others are warned.

Twice Garage One suggested that I had oil leakage, the first related to the freeze plugs and the estimate included dropping the engine to the tune of $1,700. I did nothing and the next time it was serviced, I was told the head gaskets (estimate $745) were leaking after they replaced spark plugs. They also said that the rear lateral control arms needed replacing (estimate $680) This time I had another shop check the leak and was told that my engine was "as clean as any engine they had ever seen" and that there was nothing wrong with the lateral control arms There were other instances of attempts by Garage One to generate extra work after routine service visits. I do not trust them.

TLDROverall good vehicle work. Would have preferred more communication, better timing, and no advertising on my car.Brought my car in for a 40k service in the early morning. I initially said I'd wait but changed my mind. Didn't hear from them and it was getting near the end of the day. I checked their online quote system and they proposed repairs but I didn't get notified or called to tell me. I approved the repairs and called to be told the work would be done end of day tomorrow. It was getting near the end of the next day and there were no online updates or calls from the shop to tell me the car was ready. I called in 30 min before closing and they said repairs were being finished and they were out for a test drive. Traffic wasn't great getting there and they were there up to 30 min after close so I was able to pick up my car. The alignment was still a little off but the brakes were great. The next morning I was really annoyed to find they attached a frame to my rear license plate with their information on it as a way to advertise their shop. I had four bolts in the plate and they had installed it with two. I know it had four bolts because when I bought the car I went out and bought more bolts to add to the plates.I understand the shop is busy and repairs can take longer than expected so timing and communication can be difficult. The work was good beside the alignment issues. I don't think it's ok to put an advertising frame on someone's car without asking and take two of the bolts keeping the plate on.Services: Steering & suspension repair
