This review is only for curbside pickup. It is the worst. Most times I have to go inside the store to get it because no one ever comes out with my order or answers the phone when I called to see what's going on.

Connor, my man. I had been on hold for over an hour trying to call different locations trying to get a hold of a appliance specialist to answer a question I had about the refrigerator water line hook up and either no one would answer, they kept transferring me, or they hung up on me until Connor. He actually answers the phone when someone calls, is knowledgeable, and answered my question. I appreciate him and you, Home Depot, should think about giving him a raise, since he is the only person in the 4 different stores that I called who is actually doing his job in regards to customer service. Thanks Connor.

The store rest is used damaged items & has limited inventory. Even though online says they have items when u arrive - no luck. The sku or model numbers online don't match in store; hard to find items, even with help. Melissa at customer service was patient & helpful

Stopped by today to get a copy of a key for the store I manage with my assistant manager and was met by Matt at the key copy station. As we walked up, we were begrudgingly asked if we needed help finding something and we mentioned we needed a key copy. This response was met with an immediate obvious eye roll from Matt and he proceeded to finish helping the previous customer with their key copy. We waited patiently and chose our keys. While we were waiting for the key copies, he told a customer who had called on the phone to "find it [a product] themselves because he did not want to look" and also told another customer that he would not copy their key repeatedly without providing an explanation. He continued to refer to me and my coworker as "ladies" in a condescending tone and asked us what we were still doing in the store when we encountered him in an aisle about 15 minutes after getting the key copy (we were getting a few hardware items alongside the key). As a retail manager myself, if I saw this behavior from any of my employees they would have been fired on the spot. Multiple customers were degraded and he seemed completely uninterested in doing... the job he was hired for. This isn't okay so here's to hoping someone from management has a chat with Matt from hardware.

Was a bit lost and then met Tom. He patiently answered customers questions even though it was obvious he was in the middle of something. Never batted an eye lid I apologized for me now asking him questions. He not only knew where the items were but showed me. I'd just had a cig outside and bless him he could smell it and was trying to give up. Sorry I did that to you Tom, keep strong!!! What an absolute diamond team member you have HD!!

Came here last night with my mom to buy a washer dryer combo unit. She doesn't like buying big purchases like that online which I totally understand. We walked to appliances and were so happy someone was there to help us. Bill was knowledgeable, asked us the size of her space and helped her get a warranty, coordinated the delivery and purchase all in 10 mins! He is awesome!

I special ordered an over-the-range microwave and it arrived in about 6 weeks because "white" is not in stock these days.The ordering process was easy enough but then came the installers. I paid $119 for installation and when the microwave oven arrived the installers told me that the microwave oven I ordered was 1.5 inches higher than the last one and they would not take the responsibility of breaking the tile so they told me to find someone who would mount the hardware for the new microwave oven. I told them that getting someone to put up a simple microwave hardware will be impossible - no one wants to come out for that small job AND what did I pay $119. for?!?!?! just so they can hang the unit up after someone else puts up the hardware?I told them to take it back and I went to Airport Appliance the same day and bought the same microwave for a little less $$ and they guaranteed me that they could do the job - but I paid more for the installation. I also got the microwave in less than 2 weeks.

This Home Depot saved the day! We were looking for a pump because the storm caused some still water in our crawl space and when other Home Depot's were out because people panic bought at other locations. I called in and they recommended a model that was more powerful and luckily they had pump options available. On top of that, Craig walked by and asked if we needed help and he was the one I had spoken to on the phone. Super helpful guy. When I was walking around I saw a little old lady working there who was helping another guest and thought to myself what a badass grandma! I overheard some of their convo as I walked by Home Depot employee: "it's a crazy world we live in" Guest "it's about to get worse". This is a great slogan for doomsday preppers, home deport should capitalize on this fear!

Accept apple pay. It's my fault i had no wallet, but how you don't have plant skus online that I could pay for and just take from the store makes no sense. Modernize your sh** and take apple pay please! 3 stars for god parking, easy access, clean store, moderately helpful employees.

Arron the manager refused to refund or give me a store credit for a defect water heater bought in his store on 9/10/22. It took me about a month to figure out the new hot water heater was the cause of my hot water bad smell and taste. My contractor suggested me first to replace all the water supply lines and facets, not change, finally he had to change to pluming to use my other existing water heater to see if my guess of the new hot water heater has quality issues. Once he made the change, my hot water are back to normal. Now I no longer need the defected product. I contacted the manufacturer and was issued the case number for the Home Depot to refund me. But Arron not only did not refund but had me drove home and back to store again with the receipt of my function water heater. He then refused again and did not want to talk to me but to send Arturo Camacho-Cazares to talk to me. I then left the product with Arturo without any refund nor store credit. I told him I will file BBB and do my review. I want everyone know The Home Depot is no longer a good service provider any more, at least at this Campbell by Arron the manager!

Customer service desk people are not helpful at all, I didn't receive an item of my online order and their response was to wait longer and try to contact the supplier to get the item, they should be the ones doing that, online support is not existing, just a waste of time and money...

Decided to try in-store pickup for first time. Found the exact two items I needed (for gardening); ordered, paid. Told I could pick up from Campbell store same day. Less than an hour later, store unilaterally cancels the item I really wanted. Despite inventory software showing 11 parts available, turns out true # was zero. So they canceled without warning (did they work for the airlines?). When called to inquire, customer "service" rep incredibly rude. So what's a customer to do? Cancel entire order; left a very bad taste in my mouth re Home Depot in-store pickup and nationwide lack of training. Must be a better Home Depot somewhere else.

I so HATE Home Depot on Hamilton Av. in Campbell, CA. went their to PURCHASE a washer and dryer! No one running the show, as usual. Left and went straight to Airport Appliances on Bascom Av. and PURCHASED my washer and dryer! You are every appliance stores ad for why they are a much better place to go to than you. Women do purchase appliances so wait on them Home Depot. surprised there is not a class action lawsuit against you!
