“In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Sportsmen’s Supply in Campbell reminded me what old-school integrity looks like.

I recently had a firearm transfer that ended up sitting for roughly eight months. Most businesses would have simply pointed to the policy and charged every penny owed. Fair enough. My mistake, my responsibility.

Instead, John took the time to walk through everything with me. He was straightforward, honest, and treated me like an adult. No games. No pressure. No sales pitch.

What impressed me most was that he applied common sense and fairness. He explained the fees, showed me the math, and significantly reduced the storage charges even though he had every right to charge more. His attitude was simple: if something is fair, it’s fair. If something is right, it’s right.

That kind of business philosophy is becoming rare.

Sportsmen’s Supply feels like one of those places where a handshake still means something. The shop has been around for decades, and after my experience, it’s easy to understand why.

Thank you, John, for treating customers with respect and for proving that character still matters.

I’ll gladly be back and will continue recommending Sportsmen’s Supply to friends and family.”

“Absolutely amazing store! Nothing but the best experiences when I go in there. All the guys up front (Sergio, Ryan, Jose) can handle all your needs. Miss getting the phone calls from Keagan in the warehouse letting me know new things I was on the list for came in, but still an awesome store to shop at. 11/10 recommendation to all.”

“I used this service for receiving ammo bought online. It worked perfectly. Be aware though he only takes cash although there is an ATM right in his office. He was also really friendly and had great stories to tell. Too bad I was rushing back to a meeting or I would have stayed longer to chat.”

“Bullseye seems to be a LGS that is somewhat recommended for PPT in the South Bay and today is the first time I've been there. It's surprisingly busy for a small store but then almost all the LGS can be somewhat busy. The plaza is very small and parking can be difficult. Also be careful when you back out because you have to back out into the main street.

The store is not very big and it's mostly catered towards newer guns as it has a small used/consignment section.

People are nice enough and they didn't quell when you do PPT there. They don't charge extra for PPT but they do charge 3% extra for credit card.

I found the price of the guns there to be slightly expensive so I wouldn't say this is a good place for deals. The form you fill out for DROS is online and you do it on your phone with a QR code. It's pretty cool but can be hard if you have a small phone.”

“Harry at US Firearms is exceptional. He is incredibly detailed and thorough in his work, ensuring every aspect is handled with care and precision. He helped sight in my Trijicon mounted on my Phoenix Drake and improved my accuracy at the range. It’s amazing how much knowledge he shares every time I visit. His professionalism and dedication make the entire experience smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!”

“Alright so I ordered the Broken Armory Jig and tooling set from their website. Never heard of this company much before. A couple days go by and I see no label has been made for my order yet and am unable to log into my account on their website to see my order details/status.. So I got a little worried and started doing some research on the website and found very little information about Broken Armory. I tried calling their number listed on google to get the status of my order, no answer and the voicemail box was full… so I got even more worried after spending a few hundred dollars with them.. I emailed them and Well I was being a bit impatient after not hearing from them after a day so I gave a 1 star review and not a very nice compliment.. Anyway after all, they did contact me and let me know my order was shipping out right away and were very polite about the matter even though I was being impatient. I defiantly give a 5 star review. Broken Armory is legit. And if anyone is skeptical about ordering from them don’t be!!!!! Just be patient they’re a small but reliable company. Also, If anyone is worried about shipping times My order shipped out in about 2 1/2 days. Over all I’m glad everything worked out and I will defiantly be a returning customer and will be recommending this place to those I know. Also I’d like to say sorry for being impatient.
Thanks Broken Armory!!”

“Eddy's Shooting Sports was only gun shop that actually carried Nighthawk Korth revolvers. Two other gun shops wouldn't even return my query while Eddy's had the Korth NSX actually in stock. In fact, they had a few Korth revolvers in stock. Greg, the owner, was very helpful and patient showing the Korth plus other items I was interested in. Never felt rushed or pressured in any ways. It's always nice dealing with the owner who actually cares about the customer.”
