Front desk lady is rude!. She drew blood bad as well. The chair, the kit everything seemed old and not cleaned well. Sanitizer boxes are not refilled. Over all, it’s poor experience and I don’t recommend this place.

Longggg wait time without appt 2-3hrs for regular blood works. Even when I had appointments, wait time 30-50minutes. If you’re unlucky and scheduled close to noon, you’ll have 1hr more because they are out to lunch 12pm-1pm. Somehow this place has gotten really disorganized year after year

This is my favorite lab. The people have worked here forever and have a system that works and gets people in and out. It will be faster with an appointment, of course, but since I have to come so often with little notice, I never have an appointment, yet I get in and out quickly. It is clean and there is plenty of easy parking.

Sigh. Used to be my go to lab for any tests but I won't be going back. They claim walk ins are accepted and that used to be the case. However today I went in and the two clearly overworked people there were just rude that I had the nerve to walk in without an appointment. Was told it would be a half hour to 40 minutes because of appointments. More than an hour later I gave up and left. On top of that there is no one there to ask questions or get info from, just a machine for checkin. And the tiny waiting room is a cesspool of germs from people, clearly sick people, hacking and coughing and mask free. It was just gross.

The worst laboratory I've ever been in. The guy at the counter with the glasses is incredibly RUDE, makes customers feel completely unwelcome. His behavior was so bad that I decided to go to a different Labcorp location.

This location has mouse and insect traps on the floor. Self check in kiosk is broken. Severely understaffed. Tiny waiting room had 6 people sitting and 10 people standing waiting to check in. No one was at the counter to assist them. Only 2 employees. Don't waste your time here.

Lab Corp on 50 East Hamilton is clean and employees here are polite, professional and right on task. They don't waste time and do their best to take care of the patients.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Labcorp location. The male phlebotomist is absolutely the best at his craft, and is always pleasant. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a test, usually being seen within ten minutes. A+ treatment!

I've been using this facility for a very long time, because it is very convenient and very clean. But it is also VERY UNFRIENDLY. I don't even receive a "hello" when I arrive. No smiles, no talking...just rudeness. This location needs either customer friendly training, or it needs new employees. If the customer doesn't arrive wearing a mask, he/she will receive a rude scolding. Never wish to return.

His attitude needs an adjustment.If you don't have an appointment, you will have to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen.Save yourself some time and go to any location but this one.I personally will NEVER come back to this location and will tell my friends to avoid it too.

I visit Campbell location. I could not get immediate appointment for blood test hence I did a walk in .It opens at 7:30am and I reached there around 7:15 am and I was 2nd in the waiting. By 7:50 am everything was done.I did not face any issues. I found it systematic.
