Went in for oil change. They did that and did a check of all fluids. Recommended brake fluid change and we said okay. All others were good. Job was done on time

Took care of my car's required maintenance, documented everything they did and did not do, highlighted things that could wait and until when. Ready in very reasonable time and at a very reasonable price. These guys are good.

Seriously Joe saved my life. I've had the worst couple days with my car, getting my AC fixed at another place. He was so quick to respond, got my car in and fixed within three hours. It runs perfect. And it was so affordable after spending a fortune at another place.I would and am recommending Larson's to everyone and anyone I know!

I needed a new water pump/timing belt, as well as, lower and front control arm bushing assemblies on my VW Passat. Joe looked at my car and realized he did not have a tool to fix the timing belt. He made the effort to find a tool with the VW repair shop close by. After speaking with the mechanics there he decided that I would be better served if I had them do the water pump/timing belt. I was very pleased that he was honest enough to say he thought that they would do a better job. I did have the VW shop do the job and was happy with their work. And I did have Joe do the other job and was pleased that it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I would highly recommend them. They tell it like it is for a reasonable price!

I can't say enough about how helpful and honest this repair shop is. Of course that's because Joe runs it - he has gone above and beyond numerous times for me and I am a female who knows nothing about cars. this is the only shop that I trust my ancient Prius with. Joe is clearly a fellow who loves his work and it shows! I would highly recommend especially if you are an ignoramus such as myself.

My VW Beetle electric window regulator was broken, and the VW dealer quoted me $2200 for the repair. After recovering from the shock, I searched online for a more reasonable mechanic. Repairpal.com suggested Larson Auto Repair. I talked with Joe (owner) and he told me to bring my car over for a no-cost diagnostic (VW dealer charged me $150). He said that he can do the repair for half the price. True to his word, the repair was completed a day later. I am very impressed with Joe's friendliness and professionalism. Now I am happy to have found a good, trustworthy mechanic for future auto repair. Larson Auto Repair definitely made my day!

My driver's side window was broken on my older car. Larson's fixed it the next day and charged me one half of what an auto glass shop would have charged me. The auto glass shop also could not take the car for a week, so my car would have had no window - with cardboard covering it - for a week. Larson's was courteous and respectful.

Joe was able to squeeze me in on a short notice and get me taken care of. He was very responsive and honest! He does not try to swindle you, as some mechanics do, by recommending additional work that's really not needed. He's my go to mechanic!

Joe is best mechanic you will find in the South Bay. He is honest, helpful, fast and great at communicating options. This guy is the kind of mechanic you go to for years. A tow truck driver told me he repairs their trucks and that he was great at all types of cars. He knew more over the phone about my hybrid than some places that specialize in my make and model. Joe is a great guy and his work is top shelf!

Worst choice for a repair facility in the south bay. I used them for a pre purchase inspection since I am from out of the area, and was floored by a $5k+ report of needs. How could a vehicle this clean and this low of miles be this bad? I was suspicious, so I chose another shop nearby to do an inspection as well, and they came back with nothing close to that! I feel like Larson Auto is suffering financially, and are trying to retire off of everyone who comes in. I would avoid this place like the plague.

My car needed battery replacement quick. Called them up, spoke to Joe?, he told me 30min. He installed it as promised plus recommended to bring the old battery back to where I bought from to receive $20. Awesome service, courteous, professional, affordable! What else would one ask for?!!!

My friend referred me to Larson's. He raves that they are super straight & honest. You can text them on their main number to book a time slot AND get a status - and a live person will respond.
