My dumbass forgot to the get name of gentleman that helped me out believe he was the second to last booth. But this was clearly a better transaction than I've had at any other store in the Bay Area. The employee had me all set and taken care within 3 minutes from walking into the store. The whole transaction last longer than I do in bed with my buddies wife while he watches. overall very satisfied !!!

Great service, great customer service. My agent Eric is so patient on transferring datas from my mother's very slow phone to a newly Samsung phone. Great job Eric! Everyone is friendly and helpful here

I came in to pick up a print I had ordered, and the nice guy at printing services immediately printed it when I showed up and told him my order. He was so enthusiastic, kind, and reminded us if we needed help (with the scanner) that he would come help us. I never got his name but he was tall and had dark hair and cool colorful shoes. He made our visit so pleasant and I hope he gets a raise!

Oh my God. The customer service here is phenomenal. It's hard putting it into words. When I arrived, there was a line of people waiting to be seen. One of the staff members, a tall man with freckles, came out & checked everyone in. He let everyone know how many ppl were in front of them & he told me exactly who was in front of me. That was so helpful. After that, I went to use the restroom at the sandwich shop & when I came back, I was greeted by Paul right away. He said it was my turn & we started the whole transaction. He was so welcoming, helpful, honest & informative. He just had the greatest vibe & extremely kind energy. I loved him. He even went out of his way to check how much gigabytes or whatever I was using on my phone & recommend a better phone for my usage. I had my 10 year old niece with me & she was giving him rapid fire questions about the phone & the plan. She was just really excited about having a phone for the 1st time. & He was incredibly patient & answered all her questions, he didn't rush her into picking a phone or phone case. This guy needs a raise. Idk what they're paying him but I'm sure it's not enough!!!!! Thank you Paul!!!!!!!

Do not use this company as they make it impossible to talk to a human being. Took me 30 calls to get a human. If you think you might have to cancel before 6 months, do not use this company.
