Ender has helped me with my BMW and Porsche maintenance and repairs which have been rather complicated. He has been very accommodating on time and delivered my car on time. He has also accurately diagnosed a repair which was covered under warranty and saved me a lot of money, which I really appreciate. Thank you, Ender!

Ender, you seem like a kind man so I’m not sure why you have dishonest business practices. I originally came in for a check engine diagnostic and agreed to pay the $200 fee for it. Upon doing the diagnostic, Ender called and recommended a brake switch repair. He said — and I quote — if you do the brake switch repair, your total will be $296. I agreed to this amount. When I came in to pick up my car, I received a bill of $370.80 (it was $360 flat, but Ender does not tell you on the phone that there is a $10 surcharge if you don’t bring your checkbook). Without my consent, Ender put a brake system diagnostic fee of $100 on my tab and followed it with a $60 bulb replacement. No brake switch repair. Had I known this was his plan, I would have never agreed, but he did not update me on what he planned to do. I feel scammed and cheated, but felt uncomfortable in the shop so I paid and left. I had planned to return for future repairs but I don’t trust a mechanic that won’t be upfront with you about costs and keep you in the loop about what it is he plans to charge you. I would leave 0 stars if I could! Ender, you seem nice, you need not cheat people to receive business. I hope you take this advice. Do not come here unless you are able to blow through money and be charged for whatever he feels like!

I've lived in the local area for a few decades and have visited numerous shops over the years for my German cars, so without any hesitation, if anyone were to ask me where to take my car for service I will recommend this shop.
Ender, the owner, is very professional when it comes to repair of my cars, high quality work and easily is able to fix items other shops were not able to. He is able to diagnose correctly first time, so I do not need to return for that issue, which has not been my experience with other shops in Los Gatos and Campbell which seem to rush and do not diagnose the issue correctly at the first instance.
It is obvious Ender has years of experience, and nothing seems to phase him with of any of my car issues.
I have two BMWs (e39 and Z3) and a Honda Odyssey that he takes care of. His shop is centrally located and has a good-sized parking lot for easy drop off (plus after-hours night drop off). Easy 100% recommendation!

I had a Volkswagen Passat TDI. My family used to have all diesels and Ender was our go to mechanic for the Audi's too. We used to have trouble finding an experienced diesel mechanic in the past but NorCal EuroTech has gone above and beyond in the 8 years I have brought it there. My Mom found this shop for the family and she is always impressed by how everything would be explained to her. This shop produces above quality work, like every hose under the hood will be routed properly and have new clips after a service. Endor treated my car like it was his own and provides fair pricing for superb work.

Exceptional service from Janusz and Ender!
I had a fantastic first experience here! Janusz and Ender are truly the best - extremely knowledgeable and professional. They carried out a full 10K mile service on my classic Lamborghini, skillfully repaired a broken glove box handle and even replaced the original radio with precision. Their attention to detail and experience exceeded my expectations.
If you are looking for a top class car service from a team that really cares about their work, I highly recommend Ender and his team. I will definitely be back for future service!

Ender and team did a fantastic job on my 535xi. The car was giving us trouble for a while and the dealership couldn’t figure it out. I brought it over to Norcal and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The car purrs like a kitten again. Many thanks.

Had taken my Audi to this place after the basic warranty had expired. Nothing but great service from Ender and team. Great communication and workmanship. A couple of times after inspecting the car, they said there's no problem and didn't charge a diagbostic fee.

Ender and his team are wonderful! not only is he a brilliant mechanic but he is quick, reliable and friendly, the pricing is very reasonable! Honest and competent people, I took my Fiat 500L to them and I am happy with the result, cheap prices and high quality of service.. my advice, don't waste your time and money in other places that only want to steal your money. ?
