My dogs love going to Paws Crossing. I use their boarding and bathing services mainly. Great staff and a very clean environment.

They take great care of your pet while you are away. Only thing is I wish they’d respond to email requests to send a photo of your pet while away :( Otherwise, they take great care of our girl and she is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Thanks Paws Crossing!

Paws is great. Our dog was a regular there for years and always seemed to enjoy his visit. He was 17 and we had to have him put down recently, and they sent a very touching note of condolences. I recommend them for boarding or grooming. Thanks.

I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

Our puppy seems to actually enjoy being at the resort (kennel).

Had a walk through today to decide if I want to board my dog. It was very clean, organized and the staff seemed to truly care. Made a reservation. Hope it all works out in the end.

My wife and I boarded our dog here recently for our trip to Athens, Greece. I've always believed in giving folks the benefit of the doubt, but I will say that if you have a rescue dog with prior trauma - Paws Crossing is not going to be recommended.Pros (+): The Creekside Cottage team followed our instructions and understood that our dog has trust issues, as her life started on the streets of Taiwan. We explained that there are specific ways that you have to approach rescues, and our girl was able to build trust with them over time. We saw that the webcam in the cottage wasn't working properly, so the Creekside Cottage team worked to get our pup into a room so that we could see her. From what we understand, she received regular play sessions and a few walks per day.Cons (-): Our dog was transferred to Parkview Place for her final two days, where there seemed to be a severe lack of care and know-how on handling rescues (as well as a lack of communication). When we came to pick her up on Monday, we saw a big written sign on her pen that said "WARNING - DANGEROUS DOG, BITER." We gave specific instructions on how to approach her and every time a person has followed those instructions, she did not snap or bite. The only time she snaps is if you ignore the following simple instructions: getting down on their level and petting underhand to establish trust. Later that day, some little kids in our neighborhood followed those exact instructions and had a very positive interaction. Our dog urinated profusely when she was finally released from that cage - as if she hadn't been taken for a bathroom break all night and all morning. Lastly, there seemed to be some real tension between the staff when we went to pick up our dog on Monday. There were also underhand comments about her as if they couldn't wait to be rid of her.In closing, I just want to reiterate that Paws Crossing is not the place to take rescue dogs for boarding. I think they just have too much going on and too many dogs to care for in order to build the needed trust with rescues. I would recommend them for dogs who aren't rescues.

Been using Paws Crossing since January for my Belle. She has boarded there 3 times and attends daycare 1 day a week. She loves going and we've had no issues. Super convenient, right off 17 and Camden/San Tomas and offers indoor and outdoor play. They set up wading pools on hot days.

No experience to comment on. I left 2 messages because no one answers the phone and never received a call back. I was attempting to reserve overnight stays for my 2 Bernese Mountain dogs.

My dog got kennel cough for the second time after going to daycare here. I was very specific about informing us from the first time he got it and wanted to try them again with hopes it was a one time situation. Not more than two daycare days and he got it. I shared it with them and they weren't concerned or shared any information about an outbreak. Didn't seem to care. Very disappointed.
