My cat has Urinary, so he needs special cat water. Usually I bought from Amazon or Petco, but I was here PetSmart first time.
But, from the perspective of the entrance, the blonde white woman employee who was standing on the far left on July 26th made a very disdainful remark, saying, "What is cat water? Oh It's really sounds weird~~~ It looks like pure marketing." She works at PetSmart, and I was truly astonished by her lack of basic knowledge about animals. Of course include customer service. Even if it sounds weird to you, THAT WATER is like a lifeline to some animals. If you don't know well, or you're not smart, just saying "I'm sorry, but we don't have it" would have been sufficient. Don't belittle customers based on what you don't know. That's why many people prefer Petco over SmartPet, despite the latter having a much larger store, is because of attitudes like yours. And this is CATWATER. You guys must know about this.

Very poor fish management conditions at this store. In the past two years I’ve probably stopped by two dozen times and I’ve never been able to actually buy any fish because they were sick and under quarantine every single time. Please fix you tank system to accommodate new fish without affecting all the tanks

This petsmart may not be much to look at but the staff is friendly and they always have my senior dogs prescription dog food in stock. What more do you need :-)

The staff at Petsmart's aquarium department are rude and try to control what type and how many fish customers can buy. They lack experience and only have book knowledge. For example, I recently asked to buy four Chinese Algae Eaters for my 55-gallon tank, but she would only let me buy one, otherwise, she wouldn’t sell them to me. Do you think she is being reasonable?

Yesterday we went into get some food and treats for our hamster that we bought at this store about 4 months ago.The team member that assisted us was called Jessica.When we went up to the counter we were surprised and delighted that Jessica how Clarisse (the hamster) was doing.It had been a rough week and her kindness (and memory, wow) certainly turned the week around.Petsmart, you are so lucky to have Jessica on your team, what an amazing young woman.

I was treated very rudely, I felt as if no one wanted to help me, I don’t know if it was my age or they just could care less about helping me, I’ve shopped there before but I’ll take my business elsewhere, spend my money elsewhere. Give pet smart on south Campbell two thumbs down. ??
