DONT SIGNUP AT THIS PLACE; they are just running a money-making scam and looking to charge you for unforeseen situations.

As much as i love this place yet they have Worst worst worst polices i have ever seen. They charge you on everything not only showing up late but for canceling a class 9 hours and not “12 hours” before the class. $15 for every late cancelation is crazy.

Before I signed up for a membership, I read Google reviews, but I still decided to give it a try. I ended up proving myself wrong.
1. The booking system and schedule at this gym are extremely unfriendly, with rare availability and zero flexibility. It's frustrating because even getting on the waitlist for popular classes is nearly impossible. Many times, I've been forced to settle for awkward time slots like 11am because all the popular classes are fully booked. What's worse, many people cancel their bookings at the last minute, like at 10:59pm. At that minute, popular classes open up. However, I've had to pay $15 to cancel 11am class and switch to the better time. This is how I end up paying for someone else's selfishness. It happens all the time!! I call front desk, the 6pm class has open slot, can you move me from 11 am class, I was told this can't be done in the system.
2. Furthermore, the staff here are very transactional, which is okay since I come here for my own benefit. What's worse, some instructors are disrespectful to students, humiliating and laughing at them when they make mistakes. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at this gym has been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Horrible experience with help desk. Leslie, who assisted was not helpful in pointing to the right policies and was not reespectful of my time. One of the teachers, when asked doubt asked me to watch youtube video, lol, why would I pay if I had to watch youtube videos.Campbell location is super bad. Also, they have ridiculous policies regarding cancellation and the classes are always full which means you are lucky if you can enroll to a class.

First issue, I had an instructor that was seemingly annoyed when the class didn't understand her directions. She even compared us to her regulars in her other classes by saying how they can handle more athletically so she's thrown off by us.Second and biggest issue... They have a strict late policy. You can't be more than 5 minutes late. Even if you're 6 minutes late, they will not let you in and even charge you a no-show fee... even if you're physically in the studio trying to "show up" 6 minutes late. To make matters worse.. they will also take your class pass you bought. So you loose out on a class pass and are charged a no show fee.I have been to other Pilates reformer studios that let in customers who were a lot later than 5 minutes... and don't charge a fee no-show fee.... So it was a shock to me how strict they are here.

I've been doing this for a few months now and it's been great. I have the unlimited package and it's a great value, $239 is a lot but it's cheaper than other studios I've looked up. There are a few things I had to learn the hard way: 1. You have to sign up on the dot 2 weeks in advance. I set alarms everyday for all the classes I want to go to, I have 10 alarms total. There's been a few times I signed up as it turned ___pm and it was already full, so refresh and scroll quick! But it's not their fault, they're trying their best to get more instructors and add more slots. 2. There's a limit to how many classes you can sign up to. If you enroll in too many then they will ask you to "buy a plan". 3. Some instructors are more organized than others. I won't name anyone but there are definitely instructors that are disorganized. Because slots and instructors are limited, sometimes I have to take them :( I been going ~6 days a week and I see results. If you want to challenge yourself, take TRX or cardio core :)

Small but well equipped Pilates studio. About a dozen reformers and chair stations, one cadillac, and one barrel. Clases are by appointment and tend to run pretty full, but I was able to get in pretty consistently by planning ahead. Staff is friendly and skilled.

"I rarely leave comments on yelp, but my experience with them went downhill after one month. Firstly, the front desk staff only appeared at the end of the month. Additionally, since there are not many classrooms, it was challenging to attend classes at different locations, which were far away from my place. It was also difficult to register for classes on weekends, and it felt like it was more suitable for people who do not work. The teachers were good, but last Saturday, I arrived six minutes late, and the front desk refused to let me in. It was okay, but the staff could have communicated with me better and not talk to me like I was a primary school student. Finally, I received a message today saying that my card was declined because I did not show up for a class, but I had already attended the class. I am disappointed with their attitude of charging me without verifying the information first, and I will not use their service again.

I have been an off and on member for the last year. I always looked forward to attending. Especially Annie's class!I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. It is a workout and all of the instructors are welcoming and helpful. I have been to the Campbell and Willow Glen locations and both were great! Unfortunately I am moving, but I will definitely rejoin if I ever move back!

I have been going to this place for over 2 months, and started the unlimited package ($239/month) because I love many of the instructors there and it's so close to my home. Especially recommended Annie, Genie, Alexis, and Sherri if you are new to Pilates. They are very experienced and will correct your postures/movements which is exactly what I want! I used to hate working out, but now I have a new work-out routine thanks to Pilates V! Only one suggestion to the Campbell studio. Please consider install a dimmer for the light in the classroom as some of the students have sensitive eyes.

Highly recommend this company. I look forward to class every time. I first saw a Pilates reformer machine when Kim Kardashian was using it on her show, but didn't know what it was. After moving to Campbell, I discovered that I lived next to Pilates V Reformer studio and decided to give it a go--after all, they have a free 50-minute intro class V0. I took my girlfriends and myself to the intro class and my life was forever changed. The instructors are all wonderful and unique. I like that Pilates V rotate their instructors weekly so you have a mix of instructors. As for the Campbell location, Sheri, Annie, Alexis, Elizabeth, Genie are simply exceptional instructors. Not only that, Pilates V Campbell studio is beautiful and zen-like; they have a beautiful high ceiling arch window in the back with a bamboo silhouette, and it's especially beautiful in the afternoon (will post pic later). It is super easy to schedule classes on the Pilates V app or on the website. Their customer service is pretty good, too--you can text them. I have the $239/mo unlimited classes, and it's so worth it. I also like that I have the option to go to Sunnyvale or Willow Glen studio if I wanted.Pilates is an amazing exercise for any and everyone. I love it especially bc it stretches my body the way it needs to be stretched. Pilates V was my first experience and it really did not disappoint. Highly recommend!!

I came to this studio once to take TRX with Sherri. I typically go to the Sunnyvale location since it is nearer to my house. Love the space, natural light, and equipment set up in this location. Also Sherri was super understanding and kind. Would def recommend!

I was 1 minute late to the 5:30 class, not only was I not let in, I was dinged for my class credit AND charged a no show fee. Then the lady at the counter gave me an extremely condescending commentary about how I was TWO MINUTES late (it was still 5:31 when I walked through the door), about being disrespectful to the instructors (I don’t disagree, but did one minute really warrant that comment?), and how all pilates studios are like this (completely incorrect, this is the first time I’ve experienced anything remotely close, including my experience in the Sunnyvale location). Then she offered to send me another email of the late policy to rub it in. GOD FORBID you have any reason to be ONE MINUTE LATE to classes in this studio, they will take all your class credits and money and throw a condescending commentary on top! Also their entrance can be tricky to find… which is the reason I was a minute late even when I got there a few minutes early. Anyone who intends to take a class here should always plan to arrive at least an hour in advance!!! Will not be returning because I’m obviously not diligent enough for this studio.

I have been going to their studios on and off for over 4 years. I really like a couple of their instructors, but they have terrible policies. Their late policy used to be 5 minutes, during the COVID looks like they changed it to 0! Today I was late for 3 minutes and I wasn't let in saying I was late! When you are late, you have to pay for the class and there is a $25 penalty. I just googled it and 0 tolerance for being late is not practiced anywhere else, please let me know if this is incorrect....unless they are after $25 to compensate the shortage of clients, this kind of policies is not justified.
