I love Public Storage. They really help you. They knew what they were doing, when I didn't know what I was doing. The units are clean and secure. They don't charge what their competitors do and their competitors are no way as good as PS. I know because I've used them before I used PS. I'm so glad I found Public Storage.

Access is very easy to just about all units. Feels very secure and there are multiple driveways to enter. Angelica at the front desk has always been a huge help whenever I need something. Great customer service at a place like this is a huge plus!

Our check-out of the facility was painless, because of Seraphina. She was not going to be working the day of our departure but she gave very helpful, clear instructions on what to do. On the day of the move, a gentleman (Jesse?) was very helpful and communicative with us as well. Prior to our check-out, every time I was at the facility, Seraphina was friendly, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Seraphina!! Given the current crew, I would highly recommend this Public Storage location.

The young woman who helped me, I don't remember her name, seems to drive a BMW car, but she did bring me a very good experience, very professional, attentive, with a lot of experience in her work. Congratulations to the company for having people of that quality.

I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jesse. From the moment I walked in, he was efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Jesse took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, making sure I understood how to access both the facility and my storage unit.
Not only was Jesse quick and efficient in getting me set up with the storage unit, but he was also extremely respectful and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the rental agreement before finalizing everything.
I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone in need of storage space, and I would especially recommend working with Jesse. His professionalism and excellent customer service skills made the entire experience a breeze. I give Jesse a five-star rating for his exceptional service. Thank you, Jesse, for making my storage rental experience a positive one!

Everything is very automated, making it so much easier. I was impressed by those who were working at the front desk they were all very proactive. My favorite thing is that you can use the phone to open the gate! You don't have to remember a code. It's awesome
