LOVE THIS STORE! Redemption is one of my favorite local boutiques in the Silicon Valley, I love that all of their products are made in California. The Redemption crew are always welcoming and have great suggestions when I need help finding something for myself or a gift for family or friends. I recently went in after a coffee meet up and I purchased a baby item for my 7 month old son, he loves his Sleeper Over Friend :) Definitely worth your time and money next time you're in downtown Campbell #supportlocal

Really nice shop! Staff was friendly. They had so many "clean" ingredient items for skin care & your home. I will definitely be back. There was also a nice variety of clothing, just not anything in my size. But there were several pieces I thought were cute. I did find the most amazing headbands. Full disclosure, I already have one by Summer Salt. But I was so pleased to see they had maybe 12 patterns in shop. So of course I had to get a new one!

I love this place. I just visited this place for the first time and didn’t wanna leave. So inspiring and friendly. The atmosphere, the vibe, the decoration, and the staff, is just so wonderful and welcoming. Love their products and their gemstones accessories. I bought gemstones bracelets, they have a great collection. And their prices are very reasonable. Will gladly come back, like totally.

Wonderful, handmade locally sourced store! They have an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable staff. They have so many items that are perfect for gifts or even a little something for yourself. They are also constantly cultivating more brands and items. Particularly supporting small businesses.

Edit** in response to the owner: it's not the lack of "hi". It's the fact that she was right by me as I was looking at the jumpers and she helped another customer and then followed me to the display of trays near the jewelry case and then again when I was at the table of teeshirts and again when I went back to the clothing area. You'd think with a full day and a busy shop she would have better things to do than follow me around the shop without saying a word. If that's not profiling, I don't know what is. I was in the shop less than 15 minutes, 10 tops. Original post: The tall blonde lady needs to stop profiling. As soon as I walked in she was a shadow but never said a word to me, not even "hi". I can see her engage with clients around me that would browse, while staying on me... which was hilarious given my clothes were casual (lululemon cameo cropped hoodie jacket, BR sport joggers and Sandro skipper tee) but I had hidden by sleeves Hermes apple Kelly double tour and enamel bangle... but none of that should matter actually. I get it, shrink happens. Small retail stores gotta have the employees double as clerks and loss prevention reps but at least be a bit more subtle about it. Everything in the store was reasonably priced, kid tees (which a petite adult can fit) @$32. But the attitude of that tall blonde in the jumper was such a turnoff.
