We ordered our second furniture from Rose Design and are very happy. The first was a sectional, this one is a couch. We like high, firm seating and Ray and Milan did not disappoint. Custom fabric, style, firmness, width options. Can call them directly or go to mydreamsofa.com. Fabric options came by mail fyi and then we selected. I think we received sofa in 3 weeks.

Interesting to read other reviews in which people had great experiences. I went into this store to work with Ray numerous times, prior to the fire. Their website swatches were not up to date and so their offerings were limited. Their 'performance' fabrics are thin, with no real backing, as compared with other performance fabrics on the market. None of the fabrics were suitable for my situation, so I attempted to look for other fabrics within the store that might work. But, I was left on my own with no real support as a customer. After attempting to work with them, I gave up. Calls weren't returned via the 800 number. I ultimately bought a beautifully customized sofa at another locally owned store with great results and a with a proven branded performance fabric for an outstanding competitive price.

Terrible Experience!!!! I first checked out their store and had a decent experience, and was happy so I ordered their free swatches. After a while I decided to order through their website and ah I wished I didn't! It took them 9 months to get my order shipped and it was not the size I wanted. The sofa I bought is literally 6 inches off and now can't fit my living room (live in a apartment so tight space). I had to return it and the owner made me pay a ton for "restocking" fee even though they made the mistake!

We ordered a custom made sofa and love seat with contrasting piping in our selected fabric and colors. The furniture took 7 weeks and the wait was well worth it. We are beyond pleased with the furniture. The prices are more than fair and the quality is very good.

We got the bordeaux and absolutely love it. Checked out the sofas on dreamsofa.com which is a lovely website. Scheduled a visit at Rose Design Furniture with Ray. Ray guided us very well in choosing the perfect material based on the color and the design we had in mind. Ray was alwayz available on the phone to give us updates on the delivery. The sofa turned out tremendously well and exceeded our expectations. Pricewise its very competitive. Overall, very good experience. Will return for sure when we are looking for sectional

I have ordered furniture from Rose in 2012 and then had the same chairs upholstered to match some.new furniture in 2022 and they are fabulous. Ray's customer service is amazing! I highly recommend it.

I can't believe I forgot to review my couch and dining room set! I bought them back in 2015 and I still have them today! I took pictures today show them off and how great they still look!! My couch was just under $1500, customized length and the dining room set with 4 chairs was just under $700! It was my very first apartment by myself and I wanted furniture to invest in! Financing was super easy and I paid it off in no time! I'm about to help my cousin furnish her first home and I definitely told her we had to come to rose design!!

I bought a $3000 sofa bed from Dreamsofa.com after I told them I didn't want a 4"or 5" mattress and they said they had an 8" euro top mattress that they guaranteed me (twice) would fit in their sofa. What they delivered was 6 1/2" longer than the frame (overhanding 4" at the foot and 2 1/2" at the top) and permanently attached to the frame! And rock-hard pillows that were advertised as cozy and good for snuggling (they said it took 1 then 2 then "several weeks" to break in, but 3 weeks of daily use and were still rock hard). After phone calls, endless photos, a video (they requested) of my struggling to open and close the sofa bed and 125 pages of emails, of their trying to convince me that what I had was not what I had, and was instead what I ordered, I asked for a full refund and the removal of the sofa bed at no cost to me. They said they don't give refunds on "custom" purchases but offered $250 "to keep the peace"; or $550 store credit; or a new mattress (NOTE: assuming they could pry the 1st one off the frame), or I could arrange to return it myself for a $709 restocking fee + $520 shipping cost (Total: $1.229.75). I declined. They offered to call and work out a solution. I told them I wanted everything in writing, and they continued to say they would call, then emailed me the legalese in their policies/contract about no refunds/returns on "custom" items. I emailed back that what they delivered was NOT what the customer ordered, and specifically what she said she DID NOT WANT, and I included the definition of "Implied Wording/Phrase" in a business contract (which in this case assumes that the mattress will fit the fame) and the meaning of Breach of Contract (written & Verbal), and that if they didn't remove the sofa bed at no cost to me by 5pm on Monday, I would call 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Customer Service called me on Friday and said they would send someone to get it on Monday, but on Saturday emailed saying they would not come get the sofa bed because it was custom made. Due to Covid I couldn't find anyone to take it as a donation, so I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they hauled it away on Tuesday, as promised! If you buy from Dreamsofa.com I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine.

We purchased a sofa about 3.5 years ago from Rose Design and the cushion piping was starting to rip. We took the the cover in for repair over 4 months ago. They told us it would take a few days to fix. We've been trying to reach them ever since leaving multiple messages and stopping by the store (which is locked). We understand there was a fire in their store's back room, but no one is calling back letting us know if our cushion cover was damaged or is available to pick up. We just need answers as we now have an exposed cushion on an expensive custom couch that is starting to break down. If anyone knows of a way to get ahold of the owner, please let us know.
