I highly recommend this Safeway pharmacy for vaccines! I made an appointment to get Covid and flu shots, I arrived and was quickly taken to the private space they have in an office type of room. It was fast, efficient and hassle free experience! Highly recommend!!Such a drastically different experience from the one I had at Walgreens!

I had a very smooth and pleasant phone and in person experience with pharmacist, Matt. This is not always the case when going in for healthcare at pharmacies. I appreciated him being straightforward and helpful throughout the entire process. Will be back for any future needs.

this is an archaic store. They expect you to print out the gift card to use it. Having the barcode, card number, and pin on my phone isn't enough. MUST have it printed, maybe you should realize what century we live in and adapt.

We made an appointment for flu shot for my daughter, but when we came there only one pharmacist was working serving a long line of customers. Also they were out of kids vaccine. What a waste of time!

The pharmacy staff is supposed to be on lunch from 1:15-2p however when I arrived today, the pharmacy gates were closed at 1p. The gentleman was still working behind the counter but obviously didn’t want customers bothering him before lunch *while they were still open!!* Super unprofessional and rude. Went to give customer service feedback about the issue and there was no one at the counter. I understand with Covid that everywhere is understaffed but a manager should be present. Will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere.
