My frustrations of this bank’s shortcomings have not changed, but I would like to give credit to Daisy for going above and beyond. Despite our tense exchange (due to my frustration), she went the extra mile to offer at least one victory for me in my very horrible situation. She did what she didn’t have to do and I appreciate it. Thank you Daisy! You are worth 5 stars, but I can’t bring myself to leave 5 stars for this financial institution. Hours Mon-Fri 9-5, hit or miss atm machine, and the struggle we go through to communicate fraudulent purchases or obtain help in general after business hours is ridiculous. The branch is what lowers the score.

I will say this, I love this bank!! However, this branch does not provide the same caliber of customer service as the one on Almaden. I have been a customer for years and I do come to this branch when is convenient. This credit union is great but this branch feels like it should not even be part of this company. Smiling, making the customer feel welcome should be a must but every time I have to come to this location, customer service is no where to be found. This branch would be better if customer service was part of the equation.

I finally decided to refi my car and called Eddie who gave me his business card when I came into the Campbell location previously to inquire about it. He was so helpful and I'm super excited for my new rates and APR. I was paying a lot from my previous company and I have some peace of mind now knowing I am now able to save some money. I honestly did not think he would be able to help me but I was completely wrong. Eddie was nice, courteous, explained options and took my constant phone calls when I had all the questions. I was turned down before at another bank to refi a previous car and I went into this seriously scared. This honestly made my year!! Thanks Eddie for your help and patience!!

Surreal, they promote online banking, however it never works properly. Very frustrating. Campbell branch tellers appear to be so miserable in their positions. Take note, when a customer approaches you, at least fake smile. How dose Management allow this. They are rude, and curt.. oh wait the male in branch manager... he acts the same way. It's not a pleasant experience. When banking customers leave the bank. And chat amongst themselves about their negative experience,... That's not good for business, but it's evident SCCFCU, you don't care!

My experience with Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union was very positive! I called a few other Credit Unions before choosing Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union. The representative, Lily, I spoke with went over my options, answered my questions, did not attempt to pressure me, and was very professional overall. After I spoke with Lily I went to the Campbell branch and worked with Jessica and Daisy who were able to get me pre-approved within 2 hours! Jessica was my Financial Service Representative for my auto loan and made the loan process simple and easy. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I had a response in a few minutes via emails and calls. All documents were securely exchanged online. Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union did an amazing job working with Tesla. They were able to fund my loan directly with Tesla without any issues! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an auto loan. Good rates, good service, and a trusted bank!

Thank you so much for the customer service, these fine people who are the very ones that are so hard to find, to my surprise I was in and out with the whole experience a breeze in the whole time fooling around having the best of the best of the day ever so good thanks again for your help with each of the things I needed.

I have been a member at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union since I opened my first savings account in 1983. I have had multiple loans, primary checking and savings accounts with them over the past 40 years. I used to have good experiences with them, but as they have grown membership, their customer service has plummeted. Their banking technology and mobile apps are pre-historic dinosaurs, none of the CSRs follow through on anything, and it's impossible to resolve any banking issues quickly. They just can't seem to keep up with the needs of the customer anymore, nor keep up with trends in banking industry. If you have a choice in credit unions, I'd say to opt for a different one.

I'm certain that my first negative review was deleted, a telling fact itself. My critique centered on its online service, which was suddenly blocked to us for no reason. We'd call, talk to a nice rep, and then go through the charade again. Before you bank here, check the date of the Yelp reviews. The favorable ones are almost all years old. That bespeaks a downward direction. Technology has flummoxed them.

WORST f....g credit union EVER! Never open when you need them. Customer service NOT! Close at 5 not open on weekends and ATM NEVER works. This is the WORST!!!!!

It is a shame that as a Santa Clara County Ambulance 911 Paramedic I cannot open an account because we are contracted/3rd service.We service all of Santa Clara County residents 24/365I would have been grateful to deposit out funds with your institution.Just my personal thoughts

Half-baked banking, I had to open an account at a competitive bank as they don’t seem to care at all about the constant non-functioning ATM at this location.

I was looking for an Auto loan and saw them as I drove by. I called the loan office, their rates were by far better than their competitors. The rep encouraged me to apply online and open a savings account. I was pretty-approved, ready to buy my car until I tried to open a savings account. Unfortunately the loan rep did not explain that it is a closed membership, they would not allow me to be a member at all. I explained I already took a hit on my credit and was pre-approved for the loan, that didn't matter. I made a complaint to be handed off to the manager and was never responded to. It would have saved all of us time and trouble had that info been explained to me before I applied for the loan.

I like these credit unions. They have a lot to offer: seminars, etc.,! Unfortunately, for me, my credit card often doesn't scan when purchasing or paying hotel bills before I depart for the airport. Ugh!l
