I came in this morning and Karen was the only one working - she was SO SO SO helpful. She really tried to help me find alternatives because we couldn't find the one I wanted in stock. She was so thoughtful and sweet! Very pleased with the customer service!

I am a regular Sephora customer and shop there for year. Few days ago I came first time to this location just to get my foundation. Young lady name Riya was working and she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She found the right foundation for my skin tone. Apparently I was using wrong one for years. She tried it on me and it is perfect. I told her my skin is dehydrated and she recommended hydration kit. I was amazed how wonderful customer service I received. However while I was paying we were talking and she told me that they have a lot of stuff for man and since I have 2 boys I should bring them next time. I was curious what they have and she recommended one promotional perfume collection kit which I end up buying as well. I am so happy with everything I purchased. 5 stars for a wonderful service I received. FromNow on this is my number 1 Sephora store.

Was excited to check out the Sephora here since my husband & I were doing a quick errand for an Amazon order drop-off at the Kohl's. I was waiting in line for a few minutes & only saw one employee at the register helping a customer with a return. Moments later, the same employee that was described in the past reviews appeared & asked me twice in a row (in my opinion, in an unpleasant tone for customer service) then walked away. I think towards the end of the same question being asked twice, the other employee & customer left. The same lady who asked me the question returned with a bitter attitude & was saying it's close to her shift so she can just start then called out, "who's next, who's next in line? Let's get this over with." I wanted to buy a serum I was running out of so badly but I definitely could've waited to go to another Sephora or purchase it online at that point. I left the serum & walked off because I couldn't stand hearing her any longer. I couldn't take anymore of the bad energy. Ick, lol.

Great store in that it is easy to get in and get out. Friendly staff knows their stuff. Usually just a few, this is great for personal attention.

On Sunday, I went to Sephora. Tried to look for a perfume, the sephora employer was very rude, she was such in a hurry to clock out from her shift. Worst costumer service. Didn't get her name, but she was a blonde lady and tall. By the way Sephora employees usully look pretty with their make up, this lady didn't even have make-up.

Worst client service experience ever. Not Sephora level. Blonde girl at night made a point to make zero eye contact, not greet, go smoke and make some other woman stock everything. She seemed like she was high. Had on too much perfume probably to cover her millions of smoke breaks. Was close to closing but she was already off the clock in her mind. The stock was very low on everything. She was wearing a pink snow jacket and uggs? Definitely not Makeup Artist beauty standard by any means. What an ugly experience. blech. I bought nada coz it was so depressing. I also ended up helping one of her clients coz she was nowhere to be found.

Absolutely the worst and slowest people at the Amazon returns booth! Why would you only have one at the busiest time or put the slowest people there!? The lines are ridiculous at this one on any day and any hour. Please please have more people work the Amazon returns booth.

This location now has a small Sephora store inside. They gave a limited selection of some brands though like Charolette Tilsbury. They're out of the mini lip liner/mini travel sized lipstick in Intense & the medium pink shade here. They're out of stock of that too at the Westgate Sephora & a lot of other locations as well. You can maybe get a kohls coupon if you ask for one nicely at the register. I would've rated then 5 stars if their pajamas & bras weren't so expensive still, even on sale. A regular oriced bea is around $40-44 & most of the ones on sale are almost $28.

One of their clothing racks was supposed to be Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off, but it was misleading. Because the goods were already marked down, the discount didn't apply. When I brought this up to the cashier, she rang it up again with no markdown but with the half off discount. It was more expensive this way. But instead of helping me understand this confusion, the cashier seemed to relish the opportunity to make me look stupid, wanting to charge me more for "wanting to do it this way". Honestly I was completely fine paying without the "Half Off" discount, but the cashier being very passive aggressive made me want to just leave. Hopefully she's happy she got her "Got you!" moment. Unfortunately for her, she'll still be a cashier at Kohl's in 10 years.

There is a guy in the returns department that is super efficient. He's been there quite awhile. I don't dread returning items to this store like I do with others. I appreciate that returns could be a tough job given the antics of the general public. Give him a raise and/or make him a Manager if he's not already. Thank you.

Shoutout to Craig for being so amazing at the customer service counter! He was quick and super courteous with handling returns. I was at another Kohl's the day before trying to the return the same item and I was judged, given a hard time, and made to feel like a criminal. I even got a manager called up on me. I left right away feeling horrible and guilty. Craig did a quick inspection and returned the item. I didn't need to explain myself. I understand some people abuse the system but this is my first return in years. Employees like Craig keep me coming back as a customer. Thanks for adding some humanity back in my day.
