In terms of customer service, this establishment is the epitome of disappointment. The proprietor failed to reply to my emails, gave me false assurances that a small one-page task could be completed immediately, only to inform me upon my arrival that it would take hours to finish. When I expressed dissatisfaction with his poor customer service, the owner became irate and lost his temper. As a result, I did not receive the service I was seeking. I strongly advise sending your orders to a different location where they value and prioritize their customers. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

We chose this place to get some blue prints done. We were supposed to pick them up today When I went in the person who came to serve me gave me my printout and I paid the money. He gave me a business card that had the name "Kumar Parera" printed on it, for any other jobs I might have. I went home, where I discovered that they had handed me someone else's blue prints! That's an understandable mistake. So I called and asked to speak with "Kumar". When Kumar came on the phone, I told him that he has mistakenly given me the wrong printout. He then started speaking very aggressively to me, and raised his voice , insisting that he had not given me anything! I then told him that I was just in the shop about 15 minutes earlier and had paid the money to collect printouts. He started raving about me "accusing" him of giving me the stuff when he didn't. Do I told him that he was very rude and had poor customer service. I then asked who gave it to me and he said he did not know. I told him it was a person who had been speaking Marathi on the phone when I went in, who gave me the packet. He continued with his raised voice, insisting that there are "so many" people who work there. After an unpleasant exchange, a person called Vinayak" or a similar name came to the phone and told me that it was him that had given the packet to me, and that I was accusing his colleague of having given me the wrong stuff. He also said that just because he gave me Kumar's card did not mean that the person was Kumar. he then told me to return the wrong blueprint and only then I would get my money refunded. When I told him I'd like to complain about his conduct to the owner, he told me he was the owner!! Do my husband went there returned the other persons blueprints. He then declined to provide us with our blueprint that we had ordered earlier, and refunded the money! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE Terrible experience!!

Best Printing shop in Bay Area. I get all my printing done from these guys. I would say they have the best price and quality in whole Bay Area. Great and very quick Customer Service, They are very accommodating.

Avoid if at all possible. I walked in recently and stood waiting while three employees were lounging and chatting for almost 10 minutes. I was the only person standing in the front area. I was also the only person in the building wearing a mask, which they clearly request you wear on their front doors. One of three employees finally notices me and says "oh look". The employee closest to me turn and says "what do you want?" Thinking I heard him wrong with such a rude statement. I said "I am sorry I couldn't hear you". He walks two stepscloser to the corner of the front desk where there is less of a plastic shield. And yells "what do you want?" I reply I am a client here to pick up a blue print order or and (provided the company name)" he replies "who are you" and I again said "I am a client who is picking up an order for (company name)". He asked again who? And I replied with the company name. He then asks, "what is it" and again I tell him it's a blue print. He walks to the back and comes out with said blueprint. He throws it on the counter and steps back and yells "ten dollars" I start to pull out my credit card and he wave his and at me and says, "no card, cash only" I look around at all the signs and tell him "there are no signs saying you are cash only" and he replies, "we don't do credit card for less 15 dolllars". I look again an say "where is the sign saying this?" He yells again "ten dollars cash" at this point I didn't want to give him any money and told him "never mind, you have been rude to me ever since I walked in, making me stand here for almost ten minutes and every word your have been yelling at me has been rude, keep the print job." I could have easily gone out to my car and grabbed ten dollars but ultimately between rude service and the fact they're all not wearing masks, I had already risked enough exposure. I've never been this poorly treated in this area before. Sad.

I came in here for a scanning service of an art print- I was informed that this wasn't a regular service but they were able to accommodate my request immediately. They were very kind and patient with me; and I highly recommend this more than the commercial places like kinkos or office max.

Ordered a banner for my little sisters graduation. SFO helped me with the graphic designing of the banner and printed on a super high quality banner. They have amazing prices with great service. So happy about the finished product. I will most likely be back if I ever need another banner.
