Called Saturday afternoon, furnace not working and very cold outside, use maps to locate. 1st number with human answer. Service came with 1hr. The valve replace was an obscure part . Heat was back within the hour

George came to repair my dryer. My dryer is stacked on the washer and was hard to pull out. But he patiently kept trying and was eventually able to access the back of the dryer. He was polite and got the job done well!
