I took my Mother’s car to this excellent repair shop! They did an outstanding repair job! They repaired the unrepairable! They also recommended with pictures necessary FWT fare ware and tear items at a reasonable price. Thank you again SOUTH BAY! Your AWSOME!

I have been a customer since 2007, Jose has always taken care of my family and myself. I have taken cars from collisions and general mechanical problems, never have I had issues. The whole team is friendly and make you feel like welcome. I recently took my car with engine issues, Jose helped me towing the car from my house to his shop. They kept me up to date about everything daily phone calls, i had my car ready in a week. This is my highly recommended shop to everyone.

I was treated with rudeness and incompetence from the beginning until the end. My feeling is they have disdain and arragance towards there clients. I was asked by the manager to come to the front of his office and he would help me with my claim. He then rudely and with Malice took m a personal phone call for half an hour our car was returned absolutely filthy He got my claim repairs wrong and was impossible to deal with. About a month ago, my SUV broke down on the 17 over the weekend. I'm quite young, so this was the first time this has ever happened to me. The towing company came and told me they could take the car to South Bay Automotive in Campbell. I wasn't really sure of what to expect, but they assured me that the mechanics there were really good and they even take their personal cars there. Monday came around and I went to the shop and met JC (same name as me haha). I was pretty stressed out about the car, but JC really helped me through the whole thing and made me feel a lot better. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. JC spent a lot of time looking at my car. I could tell that he didn't take shortcuts, and wanted to know for sure what the problem was with my car before letting me know the final diagnosis. Honestly, I felt like he did a better job looking at my car than my own doctor does looking at me. After all the hours he put into looking at my car, he said he would only charge me for an hours worth of labor! Turned out I had a blown transmission. To fix it, it would have cost around $3,500, and the car was worth that much if it was working. JC offered to buy it off me for a more than fair amount, and even waived the labor fee for the initial diagnosis AND told me he could help me out later when looking for another car with a pre-purchase inspection.

Ok - Danny was fantastic, and his sister, Alexis, has fantastic customer services skills! He kept me in the loop daily, because I had to leave it in the shop for a few days longer than expected, he was personable, fair and honest. I would recommend him to anybody! They also fully washed/waxed/buffed my car, so it looked like I just drove it off the lot brand new! Great Service!!!!!

I have taken my car here to JC in the past for my rear bumper and was pleasantly surprised with the shops work. I just recently got into an accident and did not hesitate to go back to this shop knowing I would be taken care of! JC gave me an awesome quote and got my red Ryder in immediately! When I went to pick her up she looked amazing!! Body work, paint and even detailed beautifully!!! This Is my go to one stop shop!!!!

I called their office early in the morning to see if they would be able to repair the skid plate of my 2017 Honda Civic after it bent out of place and starting scratching against the ground. I set up an appointment with JC to come in about an hour before lunch for an inspection. When I arrived at the shop, JC was very transparent about what they could do to fix my car. I waited in the office and was out of there in less than an hour with my skid plate reattached and good as new! Friendly, transparent, and quick service - all the qualities I would want in an auto repair shop.
