Clean and organized store, friendly and helpful staff, great selection. As a Sharks fan, I hate how our hockey team seems to be the least valued of all of the Bay Area pro sports. Any time you go to a local spot with sports apparel it's typically an abundance of Niners/Warriors/Giants, a moderate selection of A's/Raiders, and a sad little afterthought corner of teal. In Oakland or SF that's a little more understandable, but it's complete b******* how hard it is to find San Jose Sharks stuff IN SAN JOSE. This Sports Fever location has a TON of Sharks paraphernalia! A few years ago, I literally waited until March 16 to figure out what I was wearing on St. Patrick's Day and decided to take a chance calling all of the local sports stores to find the green St. Paddy's jersey. I happened to call when there were two left, with one in my size. They were kind enough to hold it for me. Not even the Sharks store had it! They have a bunch of cute baby clothes too if you're a parent or parent-to-be.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, HAVE PISSED OFF ATTITUDES, AND SPORTS FEVER HAS HIGH PRICES. OPTIONS OF OTHER PLACES TO BUY ARE LISTED AT THE END OF THIS REVIEW. LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE! Unfortunately we are all living in the world of COVID-19 and I realize business is difficult. I went by the Campbell location today and found that Sports Fever was closed. The sign on the door states their hours are noon-4:00pm, Thursday-Saturday. I looked in the window and there was an employee who I assume is the manager or owner working. (Heavy set older guy with goatee and glasses) I got his attention and asked if I can buy something. I explained I needed something for a birthday present right away. I told the guy that knew what I wanted and didn't even have to even step in the store. I could point to what I wanted, give him a credit card and easy sale. It would be done in 3 minutes. I assumed they could use the business since they are only open 12 hours a week. The guy lectured me in a loud pissed off voice that if he let me in, he would have to let the whole world in, and they are not set up for that. He continued that there is a sign on the door with their hours. He said "I should learn to read and come back when they are open." in a louder voice. First, the shopping center was completely dead. There was no one around within 100 yards, and definitely no one was coming to Spirts Fever. Plus, I did not ask to step in the door anyway. Next, I saw the sign, but figured they could use the business. No problem them being closed, but the guy should have a little better attitude and try to be a little nicer. A simple, "I'm sorry, we're closed sir" would have been just fine, and I would be on my way. I have purchased quite a bit of jerseys , sweatshirts and other merchandise from this store over the years. Thanks to the employee that I dealt with today, I will never return or purchase anything here again. I always try support local businesses, but when they treat me like this, I will look elsewhere. I have lots of friends that love sports and buy merchandise for themselves and their kids. I will make sure I spread the word to them by word of mouth and by posts like this and through social media to not shop at Sports Fever in Campbell. There are lots of other local stores that sell jerseys and other fan gear like Fanzz or Just Sports in Oakridge Mall, or Touchdown in Eastridge Mall. You can also check out Champs, Big 5, and of course the Warriors, Sharks and Giants stores. Amazon and other online stores have have everything you want at lower prices than Sports Fever!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Do not order from sports fever, horrible service! I'm not one to post bad reviews but these guys are top notch garbage. Got an email saying order was on its way I waited about a month to check on the status of my order I emailed, called and reached out via Facebook and nothing. They got back to me in about another month telling me my order has been canceled and I still have not received my refund. I'm not sure if this website is a scam or not. Again do not order from sports fever they are a bunch or crooks. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

They unfortunately do not have a wide variety of women's or new gear. They are always having sales, but they never have sizes. I have called in the past to ask if they have jersey's and the man who picked up answered and said no and hung up. When I am in the store the man who I am assuming owns it is constantly just watching your every move. Doesn't ask if you need any help, just watches you.

I patronize this store regularly. I honestly do not plan to give them my money after today's hostile experience.First visit was at 10:43am, as follows: I walked in. I was not welcomed. Keven, the manager showed me where the BOGO "49ers CONFERENCE/SUPERBOWL" shirts were. I purchased two shirts for the price of one. Keven seemed more inclined to finish watching whatever was keeping him occupied on his phone, than assisting a patronizing customer. I left to have lunch with a friend, in the shopping center. I made the mistake of recommending this store. Second visit, at 1:30pm, as follows: My friend wanted to see the selection after lunch, so I returned with him. Fixated again on his phone, Keven was at the cashier watching whatever. No welcome, again. I showed my friend where the. BOGO items were. Brad asked me unknowingly, "does this sale apply to the cups?" Keven being too preoccupied to assist, I asked from a distance, "does this sale apply to the cups too?" Keven did not look at me when he responded, "the sale only applies to items that say CONFERENCE or SUPERBOWL." So unprofessional and unnecessary on his part. Keven, then had the audacity to comment, "the cups don't say those words.. Do they?!" Beyond disrespected by this manager's hostile attitude, we walked out. Frankly, Keven, your attitude needs readjustment and you need to polish your customer skills, as a salesperson!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!!

With amazon at the finger tips, you would think customer service is all a company can do to keep their business a float. They could care less that I gave my hard earned money to them! Never ever will I go back!

I have been in this place 3 times. Every time the, the old dude that runs the place followed me around like I was going to steal something. The last time, my wife was with me. She asked if they possibly had a specific size shirt in the back. The same d*** a** old man rolled his eyes at her, and basically walked away. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. Awful awful customer service and don't trust the employees at their word. I called ahead looking for a specific hoodie that had been sold out at their other locations. To my suprise, the man who answered the phone said they had the hoodie in the size that I needed (it was supposed to be a gift). I told him to put it on hold for me and I would be there as soon as I could. He agreed and said that he would put it in the back. I immediately got in my car and drove over. The drive was less than 10 minutes total. When I got to the store, the older gentleman (I believe the manager ) told me "oh sorry, right after you called someone came in and asked for the same hoodie so I sold it to them". Oh but don't worry there is one is San Diego and it won't be here until after Christmas. Why would you agree to put something on hold and tell the customer that, but then sell it?! Yeah, Merry Christmas to you too bud. I will never be coming back to this store and hope have saved you wasting your time from dealing with this location...

I needed a 49er jersey to attend a home game. Called 3x and was hung up on twice and had to call back. They said they had plenty in my size. Told them I would be in. Get to the store and they pretend like we never spoke. I was spending $175 for a jersey and they treated me like I was stealing from them. Turns out they had a very limited inventory from what they told me on the phone. I've been to this store 6+ times and always walk away either empty handed or upset with their service. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! Sports Fever stinks.

Picked up a throwback jersey for the A's game and found the selection rather limited. The guy doing the counter couldn't be bothered and barely looked up when the group of 6 walked in. Even when I went to pay he seemed bothered and came across as he just wanted to finish and leave.

This shop looks small from the outside but you will be surprised when you walk in. They have everything that sports fanatics would love.
