Windy provided great pedicure service! She was very sweet and attentive to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed! Definitely would recommend Mahalo Nail Bar!

I got my pedicure and manicure done by Ruby and she did an excellent job with not only thoroughly cleaning my nails but also at putting the polish on my feet and hands. I loved with how much care she did everything and was incredible sweet, will definitely be coming again!

I went to Mahalo for the first time last Saturday. I went on yelp trying to find 5 star nail salons where the workers are not talking negatively about you or treating you like they’re doing your nails for free. So I came across this place through Yelp. I decided to give them a chance and made an appointment. Ruby did my pedicure and she was truly amazing. She was patient, gentle, and kind! All their workers seem respectful towards their customers which is great to see! When we get our nails done, we are paying good money, and so many nail salons treat you low. But not Mahalo. I even told my sister to try them out which she did the next day. She got her nails done by Tyna and loved them. It’s a little smaller than I expected but it was still a good size. It’s quiet and peaceful. Everyone is respectful which I love. The website to book appointments is so easy to use as well! Thank you Ruby for your patience!

The manicure was terrible, they left my fingers with nail polish. They don't clean the nails well, and other than that I left with my fingers stained with nail polish.

My initial service was good, they were friendly and nice. I got my nails done because I was going on a trip however they didn’t even last a week with one of my nails breaking three days after I had them done while I was on the plane and the point of one of my stilettos chipping not long after that.
I reached out to the shop on the third day when my nail broke to request refund because I wouldn’t be in town and at that point there was clearly an issue with how the base of the nail was constructed. They offered to have me come back in and have someone else fix it, I said I couldn’t because I was traveling and just wanted a refund for the nails not for any other service I received. I sent them picture of the broken nail through text message and the person I spoke to told me that she’d reach back out to me after speaking to her manager about an exception.
Only for her to block my phone number. When I called back on my husband’s phone to confront her about doing so, I requested the manager’s information and after going back forth she eventually provided such only for the number provided was a fake phone number.
Regardless of the quality of work, they are extremely unprofessional. I still haven’t been able to reach anyone and at this point I intend to just file a report about the situation to the Better Business Bureau along with attempting to talk to my bank about the issue. The only advice I can say is to not pay in cash or Zelle, or to avoid them in the first place.

went in for an eyebrow wax yesterday, and I was honestly shocked by the experience. First, the waxing was done in the middle of a store, not in a private or professional room. The setup felt unsanitary and far from clean, which immediately made me uncomfortable.
After the wax, I noticed redness and sensitivity above my eyebrow, and now I’m left with what looks like a wax burn or skin lift. The area is discolored and still irritated.
This was not a professional or safe experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Mahalo is the BEST nail bar in The Bay !
Pattie is super friendly, very skilled, meticulous, and quite extraordinary with nail design, manicure, selecting colors and cuticles. I ALWAYS ask for Pattie or Alex.
Alex is absolutely magical as well!
The price is affordable, which is very important at this time in our country. The atmosphere is clean and always smells nice with fresh air, and the entire team seems happy. That is very important! Mia and Will have done a spectacular job creating a space not only where we can get special treatment for manicures, pedicures, massage, etc., they’ve created a beautiful community, thank you so much Mia, Will, Pattie & Alex ~ and Mahalo Team! I would give six stars out of five!

My gel nails peeled off and the guy that did my pedicure put acetone on my legs instead of oil and they’ve been irritated ever since. Wouldn’t go back here.

I’ve had two apts here. First one I had the best pedicure of my life! I went big and got the Purple Soul pedicure and it was truly divine.
I love the smaller salon vibe without a ton of windows and the fact you don’t have to stare into the eyes of a stranger across from you when getting pampered. Highly rec!
Second apt was an acrylic fill with ombré gel and Anna did a great job! The shape and cuticle care is spot on. Only suggestion is to watch out for website prices when you book thru their system because they aren’t up to date. At least the two tone/ombré fill wasn’t. Be sure to call and double check so the end bill doesn’t sneak up on you like mine did. I was told the acrylic fill price on their booking site was correct.
Love the little details too like the purse holder 🥰 Amble parking in the back too!

Definitely coming back! Clean, friendly staff, there was no wait when I checked in for my appointment. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, both were well done. Ruby did my manicure and she was so precise and made sure I was comfortable. Probably did the cleanest gel removal ever, too.

Charged me $15 for a service that is $10 according to their website, with no explanation even though I showed them the website. I also paid in cash and did not get my change back. Left my nails in bad shape.
