Karen and her team made it easy to do business in both the seller's neighborhood and where they moved too 3 hours away. This was important to the sellers so they were not at all disappointed in the end results. Job well done!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first time buying a home, ever. You can imagine the excitement, the joy, and the happiness. However, when I first reached out to Gina she was incredibly unpleasant and very rude over the phone. She was quick to cut me off and ended the call as soon as she could. She had so much attitude and I was very surprised at the lack of customer service that was provided not only in this initial call but throughout the entire escrow process. Stewart was very unprofessional, with no sense of urgency, and were 100% unresponsive. We ended up closing later than anticipated and there were no apologies, just very nasty, snarky comments. I have never in my life been treated this poorly. Even my real estate agent and my loan broker said this was the worst title company they've ever worked with in the 20-30+ years of their careers. I would never recommend Gina or this company to anyone, especially to first-time home buyers. They ruined what was supposed to be a very beautiful experience for me and sadly, I will never forget or get this experience back.

I would highly recommend using any title company other than Stewart Title. In my experience they acted unethically. A home purchase was cancelled while on contingency and its been 10 days yet they have not returned my earnest money. They claim to have sent it via FedEx almost a week ago, yet provide no tracking number. Sent a 48k check with no tracking number and it can't be delivered in the same town in less than a week? Very unethical.
