I love everything about Bar Method! i came here because i am looking for a workout help sculpture a better body shape. All the instructors are super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Being first time to take Bar method, i fall in love right away and can't wait to take the next class. The place is clean and i love the challenges we have. with their flexible class schedules fit in to my busy day and i feel being rejuvenated everytime after taking class.i hope people can find this good workout! :)

Love the workout experience here! Parking is easy! Check in is easy! Instructors are welcoming, and there's comfortable interior design of the studio! The vibe is just right, everything makes you feel comfortable and easy to put all your focus on training your self: body and mind.The workout is challenging, pushing to my limit, yet the pace is reasonable for me to follow and go through the whole class with mind cleared. The next day, I can feel sore deep in my muscle, which I really enjoyed! The extent is just right above your limit, so sore will be gone in 1-2 days and you'll soon be ready for another class! I can feel it effectively exercise my small muscle groups that are usually ignored during regular workout!

I joined Bar Method Campbell in June of this year and I wish I had joined sooner! All of the instructors are fantastic and will make you feel welcome and supported throughout class.

I love coming to this studio! This workout actually motivates me to stay consistent with exercising. There’s multiple formats to the classes so there’s always some diversity to the classes!

I love this studio! It's under new ownership (Hafiza, a seasoned instructor who is fantastic). I love the efficiency of the classes - in 45 minutes or an hour, I am able to work all of my major muscle groups to fatigue. I have a back problem and have worked out here throughout two pregnancies. All exercises can be modified to accommodate any limitations I have. I treat this as my physical therapy, and it has made a major difference in my posture and overall resilience throughout the day. The instructors are well trained, and classes are small enough that they are able to coach you throughout class to ensure that you are in proper form and getting the maximum benefit. The other people who work out at this studio are very warm, too - lots of professionals, moms, and moms-to-be. A nice community feel. Come join us!

I love this studio! I’ve been doing Bar Method for 12 years and this studio has it all: great owner, great instructors, friendly clientele. The Bar Method is a great overall body workout. Even my doctor commented on how strong my abs are.

This is a great studio! I always get what I came for: an excellent workout for the body and the mind. The instructors do a great job focusing in on individual needs. I'm a morning person so I appreciate the 6 a.m. M-W-F classes. Parking is easy; another plus!

The best bar studio in the area. The instructors are all friendly and accommodating for any injuries. Classes are fast paced and you are able to challenge yourself for a more strenuous workout

A truly fantastic studio - I'm so happy I found it! It's spacious and clean, with easy parking. More importantly, the instructors are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They help students individually with adjustments as needed, but in a kind and non-judgmental way. This studio motivates me and makes me look forward to every new workout (which also affects my healthy eating, body positivity and confidence!).

The Bar Method workout incorporates cardio, strength training and lots of stretches in a 45-minute express routine. It has helped me to become more flexible, stronger and more confident in my strength. When I first started here, I could barely maintain a plank for 30 seconds, bend & touch my toes, and never mind push-ups! Before Bar Method, I had avoided group instructor-led workouts because being a bit clumpsy I had trouble following along the various poses correctly. The Bar Method is different. The studio owners (Stacy & Shadin) and instructors know me and other members by name. During workouts, they observe and help us correct our postures so that we are working the intended muscles. Now I've been going to this Bar Method studio for four years--including live-stream workouts over the last 18 months. Even during livestream classes during these COVID times, my instructors continue to give me specific real-time feedback when my poses need correcting. That's something I couldn't get from workouts at other group exercise classes or a Jane Fonda exercise DVD ;-)
