The Kitty Hotel is an amazing place for cats. The facility is spotlessly clean, immaculate, and organized with no smell. The cages are big. It is a cats-only environment, with no dogs. The staff is lovely, caring, kind, and smart. They love what they do and treat each cat like their own. The crew is well-trained and helpful, well-versed in handling different cat personalities and needs, including administering oral medications. They can handle different tempers with no problem. Owners feel great leaving their cats there. The cats are quite happy, enjoy going there, and are happy boys when they come home. The daily price is really affordable. The process for dropping off and picking up is easy. It is a go-to place that makes people feel better when they travel.

Amazing home away from home for my cat during our latest vacation! The owner and staff are very responsive and keep the cats happy, clean, fed and exercised while we were away. We needed our cat to have medication and they did a great job! I'll be back next time!

Marissa and Tami were great! Coco's first time away from home. They took great care of him for 9 days. He seemed healthy and not traumatized although happy to come home. Thanks Marissa and Tami!!

I was just as nervous as a mom dropping her baby off at daycare the first time. Thankfully they went out of their way to make me feel at ease.
Loved that this was a boarding facility just for cats as Bigge is super nervous, and quite scratchy/bitey.
They took amazing care of him! Thank you!
