Shoutouts and thanks to Rudy and Andrew for the top notch service for my trade-ins. The place was packed with great selections and a sweet arcade. The owner likes Japanese collectibles across the board and so if you’re into that kinda thing it’s a must-see. Great store and looking forward to doing business again soon.

We absolutely love Retro Fix! My kids and I have visited here many times. Great prices on games and systems, and top notch customer service. Rudy, Charlie, and Randy are incredibly passionate about gaming and it shows. We held our son's 9th birthday party here and it was a great success! Plenty of space for ~20 kids to battle for hours. Whether searching for a game, playing with friends, or hosting a game party - I highly recommend making this your first choice to any gaming needs.

is a good place to bring in your old game console for a repair. I brought in an Xbox 360 with a failed disc reader. Initially, they replaced the disc reader, which subsequently malfunctioned. The staff honored the warranty and performed a followup repair. The staff of The Retro Fix II TURBO are very honest. 100% going to come here again.

Really good if you're really into the arcade and plan to spend the whole day there and get the day pass. Slightly overpriced if you're spending any less time than that. Also doesn't have any drinking fountain or water bottle filling station, which would be nice to have when you're playing ddr, especially if you plan on being there all day.
It's on the second floor but there is a wheelchair lift to get up there. Aisles are narrow so it might be hard to get around the place in a wheelchair.

Awesome spot for Japanese arcade games! It's like being able to go to a convention anytime you want, only cheaper and less crowded. You can use arcade cards with the cabinets, and they sell them at the front desk. They also have a used game section with good selection. It's nice to be able to physically look at a collection of non-shovelware these days.

the name does NOT lie!!! they fixed my retro pokemon emerald!
the other day i was DEVASTATED when i was trying to put a new battery in pokemon emerald, and it wouldnt boot and i thought i broke the game. the person running the cashier completely changed that! he revitalized my emerald, and even sold me a silver for $60 (completely refurbished!! :) ) to say i am VERY happy is an understatement. i also asked about getting my ds lite and pokemon white 2 fixed up to which he said he could! this place is amazing!! c:
