Good luck trying to reach them live or even after leaving a voicemail. I have tried this for multiple months with no response. At one point I even drove by, hours after the official opening time, but the owner was not there and the personnel there told me they cannot do ANYTHING without him present.

AWESOME SERVICE! BETTER THAN ANY DEALERSHIPS! BEST PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE.I usually get my Lexus NX serviced at Stevens creek service center. Recently got a feeling that they just wash my car and return and hence wanted to break away from dealership and found Kevin’s Toyota Lexus Auto service center via google and after reading Google and Yelp reviews felt this was the right place. My Experience :Kevin is very direct, straightforward individual who likes to say things once and do what he says perfectly.if you were to just drop off the car keys without telling anything I am sure Kevin’s technicians would inspect all aspects just like they would do in a factory and let you know if something has to be replaced /report issues. They don’t upsell. Use genuine OEM parts . And go by manufacturer recommendations.Very honest service center. He explained me all the checks done during billing. I know for sure that this will be my Lexus service center going forward.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEVINS Service center

Called about getting a smoke test done on my vehicle due to a evap leak. Was answered by a gentlemen who was very rude and was not knowledgeable on the subject. When I asked if it was possible to get it fixed he said yes. But when I brought the idea of just getting the test done and then myself installing the part he said not possible. Why would that be the case? I still need a service done but just don’t want them to do the actual repair. Very bad business model of not being helpful to car owners who would like to work on their own car.

I took my Lexus to Toyota Lexus for the first time to have the 30,000 mile service. All aspects of my experience there was a "10". I got there early, before they opened and one of his employees helped me out with the checkin process - he didn't have a key to get in so was waiting with me. Kevin took care of the service in the timeframe he said. He called me to say that my battery was bad and asked if he should replace it or if I wanted to take care of it myself. When I picked up the car he thoroughly reviewed everything that was done to the car. I would definitely recommend Toyota Lexus to anyone that needs their car serviced.

Let's be honest, car stuff goes over my head like a triple-decker burrito. So finding a professional I trust is key! Luckily, I stumbled upon Kevin's car service, and let me tell you, he is the best. He's not just a whiz under the hood, but also crystal clear about everything. No shady upsells or surprise fees here! He even tells you what your car needs at different mileage points, like a friendly roadmap for your engine. What is more, Kevin doesn't push unnecessary repairs. He's all about keeping your car safe and healthy, not lining his pockets. No wonder his office phone is always ringing and his schedule is tighter than a lug nut!Overall, I'm head over heels for Kevin and his crew. They're honest, reliable, and make car maintenance a breeze. I'll definitely be back in six months for my next tune-up, and I highly highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their car in good condition!

Kevin is the man. Thank you so much for taking of my '97 LANDCRUISER. Kevin and his staff are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and most importantly take great pride in their work. Very honest guys. He communicated well with me and I was in no rush since this is my "fun" vehicle. You will have to call and schedule and appointment! He's always very busy and there's a reason why.... He's really freaking good at what he does. I look forward to bringing my other vehicles to him in the future. He let me know what he recommends for my next visit with him. If you are looking for a solid, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable Toyota/Lexus mechanic... Kevin and his team are the ones to go to!!!

I have gone to Kevin and this repair shop before, this review is based on my two visits with Kevin. The first time, he took a look at my engine check light and he held onto the car for about two weeks (which is fine), however Kevin is not very great when communicating to customers what to expect. When he called me to provide updates, I appreciate Kevin explaining in detail things, however it got to the point where I had on a few occasions, phone calls that lasted almost an hour. He rants to the customer way too much and needs to be aware that as customers, we don't have an hour to talk about these things especially when it's just updates. Based on my first experience with Kevin, I have no doubt that Kevin is passionate about his work and delivers quality work. I felt confident in Kevin for my second visit, however it turned very negative and following is my second experience with him: My recent interaction with was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. What should have been a straightforward communication about oil change options and diagnostics turned into a baffling display of unprofessionalism and miscommunication. I had specifically asked the mechanic (not Kevin) to let me know what oil change options were available (I specifically asked for synthetic and pennzoil platinum if they had that) and estimated diagnostics timing. As someone with only one car and a busy schedule, I needed to know when I could expect my car to be returned as I have to plan my week for it. This is fine, however the mechanic said he would provide me an update and the shop would call me later in the afternoon. At around 4:00 pm, I didn't receive a call, which I assumed they were busy so I gave them a call twice after 4:00 and left a voice message. I did not hear back. I called in the morning, around an hour after the shop had opened and that's when the mechanic picked up. He then asked me if I wanted conventional or mobil 1, as those were the only two options. I asked for synthetic. I also let the mechanic know that I was disappointed that the shop had not notified me to let me know anything about the diagnostics and estimated time to be on the shop. I even had to call the shop to tell them what oil I would like to have changed. The mechanic said Kevin would call me later to provide me updates. Kevin, the shop owner, took this personally and seemed upset when I had reached out to inquire about the oil change and let them know my disappointment. It appeared that he interpreted my inquiry as pushing for immediate service, which was not the case at all. My intention was simply to gather information as I had been promised by his mechanic. Kevin let me know that he cannot work on the car as it's not something he typically works on (based on the yelp reviews and what he had talked about, this clearly was a lie). He simply did not want to work on the car, which is fine as well. I said Okay and would come pick up the car. When I came to pick up the car, Kevin mentioned that if the customer pushes the mechanic to fix the car, he does not work on the car because he wants customers to understand how he works. I did not even ask him for any explanation and just wanted to pick the car up because I assumed Kevin did not want to work on the car. He kept saying this and finally I felt the need to explain to Kevin to clarify that this was not the case and I was not being pushy. I just was expecting an update based on my conversations with the mechanic and the expectations set by the shop. At this point I just wanted to pick up the car and move on. Kevin does not let things go and will keep on mentioning again and again the same things. He does not listen at all. The shop ended up changing my car oil and using conventional instead of synthetic oil. Kevin did not even attempt to apologize or make any attempt to fix his mistake. He just went to grab the conventional oil from his shop to show me that he uses OEM conventional oil. I was not asking to see what he used. If Kevin listened to the customers more carefully, he would know

This service center boasts impressive reviews, reflecting its commendable quality of work and customer satisfaction. However, the cost raises concerns as it may not offer a substantial advantage over dealership prices. Additionally, its less convenient location could pose an inconvenience for customers seeking accessibility. While the high ratings signify a strong reputation, potential customers may need to weigh the benefits against the potentially higher costs and less favorable location.

I am not one who typically writes reviews, but I feel compelled to write a review on Kevin and his business. My daughter’s vehicle had to be towed to the shop. Kevin and his staff were in constant contact with me regarding the problem. They fixed it in a timely fashion with Toyota OEM parts, looked over the vehicle for any potential issues. Kevin is a master mechanic. He is very thorough, honest and his integrity is refreshing. I would highly recommend this shop!
