This place though convenient, we will not be returning to. Sent my daughter in to return her Amazon order, she is old enough and knows what to do. To be disrespected by the person behind the counter was not ok. He ignored her when she walked in and was doing something else. He did not have good customer service at all and was very rude. Not sure if it was because she was a young adult or a woman, but his attitude towards her was not ok. My daughter was in tears when she got back to the car. I had to go in and have a chat. Let him know he needs to be more mindful of how he treats others and have better customer service.

The worst UPS store! I have finally had enough of these people! I have been going here for years and they are almost always rude, have this insane Covid policy of not allowing more than 3 people in the store at once (c’mon!) and have forced me to wait outside with boxes in the rain, and finally today I go to get a document notarized 30 min before they close and the notary tells me notary services closed 30 min ago. It literally takes 30 seconds to notarize a doc and he is the notary.
This is the last in many let downs with this place. I live yards away but will happily drive a few miles to another UPS or FedEx store. Bad business.

Small easy access UPS store front. Quick service & employees are professional, friendly, & provide quick service. The gentleman was very patient even with all of my individual shipments I had to go through. Helped package some items that I didn’t have boxes or package slips for & helped me get the best price.

Very great service, specifically for AMAZON return. They help me printing the labels and seal it. Send your label the email, they can print out for you.
By the way, be cartwheel you parking, there is limits parking spots.

Wow! Didn’t think anyplace could be this poor in customer Service. I hope my I had to talk back because of the rude and condescending clerk #148297 so I hope they will ship my package. Appealed at the behavior at this location. And there always seems to be something not working or unable to do. Left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m going to have to go out of my way to a different one.

Walter and his staff have been fantastic! I have used this location for a couple of years now. As a fellow local business owner, I go to this UPS Store for my printing and shipping needs. The crew here work together well. I have had professional and quick service with each visit. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE experience. I don't review places I go to but I felt inclined to do so because of the audacity of the employees. I had to get something notarized and the person had a horrible attitude and was not willing to stay even 5 minutes to help with my document. I am in shock of how rude and disrespectful I was treated. It's not a question of customer service, it's human decency.
