Had to ship frozen food for work, included dry ice. Asked the UPS employee if any special labeling was needed for the dry ice, they assured me there wasn’t. They returned my own package the next day due to not labeling the box correctly for dry ice ?♂️Also, a maximum of three people are allowed in the store at once? Everyone else had to wait outside. This location has issues

Visited during covid. Man running the counter was aggressive with the rule limiting customers and generally very Type A. Other store on Winchester has better staff.

These bozos are just asking for a lawsuit.I came with my very pregnant wife to help her return items that are too heavy for her to carry, since she is in her third trimester.Upon arrival, they have one customer at the counter, one woman standing around, and a sign posted saying "Maximum occupancy 3".The guy immediately calls us over, but tells my pregnant wife to wait outside. I explained the situation to him, but he didn't seem to care. When we get to the counter, his reader can't scan the paper we printed, so he wants to scan it on my phone.... Most people can figure out the problem here, but this guy couldn't. He insisted I bring up the code on my phone, so I again explained to him that I am just helping my pregnant wife carry the items, and she is the one with the codes.The guy rolls his eyes at this and says in a very mean tone, "of course", then finally beckons her over. At this point, I left to go get the remaining items from the car, since she can't carry anything, and I patiently wait outside. The guy sees me and waves me over, so I just ask if I can come inside after what just transpired. He rudely replies, "what are rules?"

Called three separate times in the early afternoon just to ask a simple question, and after 2 or 3 rings, I could literally hear them answer the phone and immediately hang it up. Not a word spoken. It took a 4th call for someone to finally say something, and there was no indication they were too busy or anything like that. Even if they were, they could at least respectfully say something. Unfortunately, this is pretty consistent with the overall in-person attitude and demeanor with most of the employees who work at this location, so I guess I'm not surprised.

My family will never use this UPS Store again! The man working there is very rude and disrespectful. By the way, are we still somehow in the COVID horror show? The staff there wears black muzzles and you can’t hear or understand anything they say.The other office on Meridian is so much better- welcoming helpful employees, no masks, smiling faces!

Don't know what kind of scam they're running but they don't honor Amazon's "no box or label needed" guidance for returns. They try to make you buy their boxes and pay for labels. AVOID!

I had good experience!The staff were so quick and responsive!I had appointment for notary and then I also took photograph for ID. I highly recommend anyone for quick document processing!Thank you UPS

My husband and I have been doing business with this UPS Store for the passed 10 years or so. It's always a joy to go there because they are always so welcoming. Whatever service we needed they always are quick and efficient. At times they would suggest a cheaper way to ship or mail. Fernando was always making me laugh he has a great sense of humor.Walter is also great . He is very gracious and kind. He always has a great welcoming smile. It's a great well run business.

I use this UPS Store for Amazon Drop Offs. Never had a problem with the store or the clerks. They've always been friendly to me and eager to help. Don't know why there are so many negative reviews. and wearing a mask is not a big deal if it keeps me safe.

Extremely rude male staff member--avoid this location at all costs!This location still allows just 3 customers inside at one time, so I was told to wait outside until someone left. Not so much fun in the rain. Note: COVID policies are still in full effect as of February 2023.When I kindly asked the how much longer they plan to implement their COVID policy, the male staff member rudely replied "FOREVER, and you shouldn't complain because you're not even wearing a mask". Judging by this staff member's unprofessionalism and ill temperament, it's no wondering this UPS location is littered with overwhelmingly negative reviews. Awful store with extremely rude staff. Will file a complaint with corporate regarding this franchise.
