Worst UPS store ever. I paid to have my 82-year-old mother's package redelivered to their store while she was on vacation. They still sent back and wouldn't refund the money I paid to have it stored. Now she doesn't have the birthday present someone sent her and they were mean to her.

Negative - $15 a signature for the notary. Same signature 14 times on the documents. It’s excessive.
Positive - open and convenient.
But still - if I had been smart enough to ask how I was going to be charged - I wouldn’t have gone there.

Leila is a superstar when it comes to customer service, friendliness, and a gleaming smile!
I am thankful for her outgoing attitude and mindfulness.
This UPS store is in an ideal location, but she’s the top reason I visit this store.
Thank you!

The manager was really hurtful and mean. I wouldn’t dream of coming back, her combativeness was hurtful.

The owner is just the meanest, most dismissive and belittling person I've ever encountered. She led with aggression, we left because she was so combative and hurtful.
They messed up our finger prints and wouldn't take accountability, no refund offered just aggression and hostility.

Leila was fantastic! She was extremely friendly and made my shipping process a breeze. If every business had an employee like her the world would be a better place. UPS is lucky to have her!

I paid $72 to ship an international package containing very important documents. During the shipping process, I was informed that UPS would utilize the USPS for part of the delivery as I was seeking for a cheaper method. I agreed to this arrangement under the assumption that UPS would ensure the safe and timely delivery of my package.
However, I was not informed that the service used—USPS First-Class Mail International—does not guarantee delivery and offers no refund or compensation if the package is lost. Unfortunately, the package was lost in transit and never arrived at its destination. Upon discovering this, I revisited here to request a refund of the shipping fees. The owner refused to provide a refund or any compensation, stating that because the package was sent via USPS First-Class Mail International, they are not liable for the loss and do not guarantee delivery.
So if you want more reliable service, visit some other UPS store because:
1. I have learned that shipping the same package directly through USPS using First-Class Mail International would have cost me approximately $20, significantly less than the $72 I paid to here. Despite charging an additional $50, they did not provide any added benefits such as insurance coverage, enhanced tracking, or a guaranteed delivery date. There was no disclosure that the service offered was identical in terms of risk and limitations to the lower-cost USPS option.
By charging a premium price without delivering any additional value or informing me of the service's limitations, I believe this UPS engaged in unfair pricing practices. Had I been aware that the service provided no extra protection or benefits over the standard USPS service, I would have either chosen to ship directly with USPS at the lower cost or selected a different service that offered the necessary assurances, even if it meant paying more.
2. Before I visit here for refund, I visited a different UPS Store location to address this issue because I thought UPS Stores operate as a unified chain. The owner of the other store was sympathetic to my situation and kindly offered to provide a refund for the shipping fees. However, they were unable to process the refund because the transaction was made at the original store where I shipped the package. They informed me that each UPS Store operates independently.

I went to this location to get an FBI/DOJ live scan, and the county denied it twice. This cost $80; when I called to ask for a refund, the female employee who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I told the sheriff's department how they performed the fingerprinting, she said they did it completely wrong. Do not waste $80 here. I will be filing a claim. As someone who works in customer service, I am entirely disappointed in how the employees handled this.
