Just learned the second live scan was rejected again. Not a surprise at all - also, I filed the claim with UPS and got the refund. More Victims like me can just request for the refund.RUN!!!!! Live scan was rejected, I went back to redo the live scan, the grumpy long face lady submitted the finger prints with even RED ERRORS! No wonder why the first time got rejected! And they said this bad quality is out of their control! I was arguing with the manager and he yelled me to never come back!! I yelled back and he followed out to my car and TOOK MY CAR PLATE and SPIT ON MY WINDSHIELD!!!!! Reported to the police department about this dangerous and aggressive manager!and he deletes reviews!!!

This is the cleanest UPS Store I have ever set foot in, and it was the quickest I'd ever completed a transaction at one too. There was no line, so I could walk straight to the available register and ship out my package in seconds. The best part of it all was the employee's cheery attitude. If it weren't for the narrow parking lot, I think this store is worth returning to in the future.

I wanted to remind other customers who plan to come here for a live scan. I received a CA DOJ report after my fingerprints were submitted to FBI from this store. The report says the quality is too low to be used. Read from other’s review, I know I’m not a single failed case here. BTW, they charged way more than other live scan service providers and the process I have to say is a bit sloppy so it did not overly surprise me that the fingerprints got rejected because of quality. They charged $45 for a rolling fee and you can find $30 or even lower price in another place for better service. To avoid your double work and save your money and time, please consider other live scan service providers if you could.

UPS couldn’t even get the mail to the right place!! (And they ignore your feedback despite saying that they will help in the reply!)I went to send a mail, they suggested an option but didn’t tell me that they will transfer the mail to USPS.The mail didn’t arrive for more than 2 weeks. I went to USPS to ask and check, and the address UPS gave to USPS was totally off and with the wrong zip code.When I go to UPS, the people there just ignore me and say it’s not their problem.

i wish i can give them 0 stars. Terrible service, misleading and the owner does not have any empathy toward the customer.My mom send me a package priority mail. She was told it would take 2 days. It has been over a week and i still have not received my package. When i called to ask about the service, i was told it was an estimate, which my mom was not told. Further, they send your package through USPS and USPS has 2 day delivery for same price. They are a rip off. DO NOT USE THEM.

We use this UPS store quite frequently. Excellent service and staff. They always help you package items to be shipped quickly and with kindness. I never worry about my packages shipped with UPS. This store is the best in everything shipping. There are not long wait lines and they are very efficient here in all ways. A must stop shop for all of your shipments.

My wife and I asked for a live scan for an FBI report. I was very clear in what I wanted. We received a California DOJ report. This is completely different from what had been requested. The entire experience felt rushed and I must say that the two ladies that were involved both seemed very grumpy. Zero customer satisfaction and I am a very easy going guy. Last time I ever use this facility.

Bait and switch, online shows 20.00 livescan fee, but was charged 25.00 additional for a transmission fee. There is no real transmission fee, they made it up so they can charge 45.00

My fingerprints were rejected by DOJ and returned to redo the fingerprints. There was free of charge. staffs are friendly. When we mail via UPS, we always go there.Happy to have a store near my house.

Best UPS in the area - I'll even drive further from the location closer to my house to drop off packages here instead, because the staff is so nice and helpful. Some UPS locations have reported "lost"/stolen packages, but this place never disappoints or fails me!
