I went for a passport appointment today, at the time I entered the room, the staff gave clear instructions on where is the waiting area. The whole process happened in a private space, it was fast and efficient, the staff is experienced and caring as well.

I found my experience here nothing less than 110% given to solve the problems I was experiencing. They even tracked down a package that was marked 'return to sender ' for me in a matter of 16 hours and had it waiting for me at 9am. A great group of people doing their job top notch ! Thank you again !!
