Their hours are updated so don’t worry about what others said in their review.
I’ve been here twice and served by different staff member. They are SUPER FRIENDLY compare to so many locations I have been to. Enjoy coming here everytime. There’s generally no wait in the morning.

Horrible, untrusting service. I am standing here at 5/13/25 @ 10:43am and Alegria is refusing to give me a confirmation for my address change. I came in to this same USPS a few days ago, filled out an address change with the woman at the desk, and was told I needed to look out for an email to finish the address update. I never received an email, so I returned to the USPS and Alegria said I needed to wait 10 days from the time I did the address change to receive confirmation at my new mailbox. Both of these ladies gave false, misleading information. No one gave me confirmation of anything and Alegria’s attitude was rude, condescending, and unhelpful.

I drop off my outgoing customers orders here and they are always scanned in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated and my customers are happy as well. Thank you 🙂

This USPS location is one of the best. The staff here have such a great sense of humor and are incredibly personable, which makes even a long line feel more bearable. They are also extremely efficient and always ready to offer helpful suggestions to optimize your shipping times.
The shipping supplies area is always well stocked, so I never have to worry about finding what I need. The P.O. Box area is tidy and well maintained, which I really appreciate. Overall, this location is a standout. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth using their services.

I shipped my foreign passport for renewal yesterday. The staff was really friendly, conversational and professional. Minutes after I shipped my envelope, I realized my shipping address was wrong and hurried back, and they were able to retrieve the unshipped envelope (just before loading it to the truck!) and change the shipping address for me without additional charge. I'm really grateful!

Very shameful for usps.im here visit today 05/28/24 14:40. Lady teller said everybody’s on lunch . Wait for 30 minutes.that is not acceptable in government facilities. USPS have to take action.

Please update your hours! The USPS site says you open at 8:00 am but the door says 8:30! I only live 7 minutes away so I am now waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. At least it's nice and warm. Also, why are the free USPS boxes inside the retail windows? Annoying.
