It's an old and well-established company. Customer relations are very strong. There are no refunds on construction work. That's why you always want to work with a reputable company. It's one of the few companies I'll ever refer.

We purchased our Riva Spain engineered hardwood from Van Briggle Floors. Ryan was very helpful in providing samples to take home, finalizing the order, and keeping us updated on timing.
When we received our materials, we were second guessing if we had made the right decision for our home. Even though Van Briggle wasn’t doing our installation (we had already hired a general contractor for our remodel who had his own flooring installer), Andy went above and beyond to help us. He came over to our house to see the flooring in various lighting, patiently answered all of our questions, sent follow up photos of the same materials installed in another home, and provided guidance on some installation specific decisions we needed to make. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and cares a lot about his customers’ satisfaction.
I would highly recommend Van Briggle Floors to anyone, and if we ever find ourselves putting in new flooring again, we would choose them for installation as well.

My wife and I had a terrific experience with Van Briggle Floors that started as soon as we walked through the door. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it, and someone was always available for questions throughout the process. There wasn’t a single glitch. The only one who didn’t do what they said they were going to do was us. We delayed, delayed, and delayed and they were always accommodating. They were recommended to us by neighbors who also had great experiences with them. We had been to all the popular places in Silicon Valley and Van Briggle Floors had the best upfront service, selection, pricing, and great after installation support. Everyone in there was fun to talk with and Vo who did the installation did an incredible job.

I was in search of hardwood floor to replace old carpet. I shopped around most of the places that sells hardwood floor for best value options. Van Briggle came out on top of my list. The great variety of choices and brands allowed me to really compare and contrast for the best value. Having no/little VOC was very important for us in addition to the look and quality. I ended up going with Perverco Hard Maple which looks stunning as well as green. Andy, the owner, was exceptional in this whole shopping experience. He explained in great details of all the pros and cons of the floors he carries. Having heard I was going to lay the floor by myself, Andy and his team, Vo and Bill offered tons of suggestions in multiple occasions for how to install the floor correctly. I ended up hiring another contractor for floor install, but with their suggestion, I was able to confidently oversee the installation process and made sure things are done correctly. I highly recommend them for being professional, welcoming and knowledgeable with high quality products.

Everyone at Van Briggle was amazing to work with. We were looking for a particular color tone for the flooring and everyone at the store was involved in helping us find it. I'd even get texts from the owner after hours; "what about this one? My wife and I were discussing your interior color schemes and think this would work". Really going above and beyond and 30+ samples later, we finally found the perfect color. Our installation was tricky as well as our subfloors were a mess so they worked through options to maintain the prep costs to a minimum. They were also very accommodating with our tight schedules for installation and the quality of installation was very apparent as well. Definitely give them a try.

I had an amazing experience getting flooring for my home remodeling project from Van Briggle. Andy the owner was extremely helpful in giving me tips on what to look for in a new flooring. He was very patient with me all throughout the process. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, when I needed extra flooring he got it done the next day.

I am glad I get to work with the Van Briggle Flooring team. They have very high quality workmanship. They dont just install your flooring but they are innovative and creative. They really know about SPC and Hardwood. The showroom has great examples of all kimds of options.

Came out to check out floors since we were planning on installing new floors for our home (currently half hardwood and half carpet). Andy and Shawn were both a tremendous help and although we ultimately did not go with them (mainly due to price), they were extremely helpful and Shawn's expertise was top notch when he came out to give us a quote at our home. Andy and Shawn were both very responsive via text messaging which goes a long way when it comes to answering specific questions. I always appreciate customer service and timely responses with adequate follow up when it comes to doing business (whether retail or commercial). Price aside, we likely would have gone with Van Briggle to do our engineered hardwood floor installation since we appreciate their honesty and how upfront they are about cost. Ultimately, if you do decide to go with Van Briggle, I'm sure the price would be validated for the quality of workmanship/service you receive. It was just too high for me to afford but these people are definitely good at their trade.

Excellent Customer Experience and Satisfaction! Our journey started online researching flooring products, vendors, installers, stores, and etc..Lots of info online but with found Van Briggle Floors due to their positive reviews and online presence. Numerous online discussions and flooring boards had Van Briggle Floors as a notable and knowledgable vendor in the flooring business for quite a while. All the reviews we checked online showed positive and good things about them. Initially we thought of going to a big box store to buy the material and labor. We also considered acquiring the material ourselves and finding an installer. Ultimately we wanted to get a good deal, a good product, good warranty, and good customer experience. We decided to go with a reputable local provider, a shop that provided the material and had professional installers to do the work. A place that would stand on the products and the labor of their work. We liked that Van Briggle where located close to our home and provide a more intimate experience for us, the best of both worlds we were looking for. Quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are first in their mission and values. From first stopping in their showroom on a Saturday to easily talking, learning about different types of flooring, and eventually scheduling for an onsite survey for a quote. We wanted to replace our carpet, and initially thought of hardwood, engineered wood, and then laminate. The pros in Van Briggle helped us learn about the nuances of each and more about flooring. We eventually selected Luxury Vinyl Planks, LVP, due to the durability and low maintenance. Going through the process was excellent, no pressure, just helping with information. Everyone from sales, project management, installers, and the whole staff showed the same consistent values, of showing empathy, customer satisfaction, and just making the whole process frictionless. A wonderful experience with professionals all throughout their company. Communication was clear. If there was an issue they contacted us right away before any next steps are done. Every step in process was laid out from the get go and communicated often in the process. We were informed and knew exactly when, where, and how things where going to go. They were on top of things to scheduling, being on time, and the craftsman worked hard and left the area organized and clean after each day of the job. In the end, we were asked if there were any issues and/or questions. They provided a free cleaning kit and information on how to care for our new floors. Special thanks to Andy, Shawn, and the rest of the Van Briggle flooring team, Rockstars! We highly recommend them and we are enjoying our early Christmas present of our new LVP floors, Thank You Van Briggle for scheduling us in, since they were fully booked, but found a way to fit us in and completing a job well done before New Year!
